PREVENTING DEVICE FOR HAND PINCHING IN DOOR GAP WITH IMPROVED INSTALLATION CONVENIENCE
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device with improved installation convenience to prevent the hand from being caught in a door hinge portion comprises: a door leaf closed if rotating in one direction, opened if rotating in the other direction, and installed to be distanced from a door frame at a distance; a main hinge including a hinge shaft, a first coupling surface fixed to the door frame, a first connection surface for connecting the hinge shaft and the first coupling surface while distancing the hinge shaft from the first coupling surface, a second coupling surface fixed to the door leaf, and a second connection surface for connecting the hinge shaft and the second coupling surface while distancing the hinge shaft from the second coupling surface, wherein the main hinge rotatably connects the door leaf to the door frame; a first blocking unit including a first blocking plate extending from one side of the door leaf to form a curved surface around the hinge shaft; and a second blocking unit including a second blocking plate extending from the door frame toward one side of the door leaf and formed to cover at least a portion of the first blocking plate, and a third blocking plate extending from the door frame toward the other side of the door leaf and formed to cover the main hinge. Therefore, the device can prevent injury caused by hand jamming.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도어 힌지부 손 끼임 방지장치는, 일측 방향으로 회동하면 폐쇄되고 타측 방향으로 회동하면 개방되며, 문틀과 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 문짝; 힌지축, 상기 문틀에 고정되는 제1결합면, 상기 힌지축과 상기 제1결합면 사이를 이격시키면서 연결하는 제1연결면, 상기 문짝에 고정되는 제2결합면, 상기 힌지축과 상기 제2결합면 사이를 이격시키면서 연결하는 제2연결면을 포함하여, 상기 문짝을 상기 문틀에 회동 가능하게 매개하는 메인힌지; 상기 문짝의 일측면에서 연장되어 상기 힌지축을 중심으로 하는 곡면을 이루는 제1차단판을 포함하는 제1차단유닛; 상기 문틀로부터 상기 문짝의 일측면 방향으로 연장되어 상기 제1차단판의 적어도 일부분을 가리도록 형성된 제2차단판 및 상기 문틀로부터 상기 문짝의 타측면 방향으로 연장되어 상기 메인힌지를 가리도록 형성된 제3차단판을 포함하는 제2차단유닛;을 포함한다.
