The present invention relates to a sprayer to which a can filled with a foam composition is attached and installed when filling in a gap using urethane foam and, more specifically, to an easy-to-carry can type foaming sprayer comprising: a can filled with a plurality of liquids to be mixed and discharged through a sprayer and filled in a gap; a dispenser detachable from the can; a body part and a discharge part fixed and installed in front of the dispenser; a handle part fixed and installed on the rear of the dispenser and provided with a trigger for opening and closing a pipe through which the liquid filled in the can is discharged and a trigger lever adjusting part for controlling the discharge amount; and a cleaner connected and installed on the upper surface of the body part through a cleaner control lever. As described above, the easy-to-carry can-type foaming sprayer according to the present invention is convenient to carry by using a can filled with a two-liquid or three-liquid type so that the foaming operation is easy in a narrow place. The inside of the sprayer can be conveniently cleaned using a can with a cleaner attached or filled with a cleaner. By controlling the mixing amount of a curing agent, the curing speed can be adjusted so that flexible foaming work can be achieved. Since Freon and volatile organic compounds, which are propellant gases generally used in aerosol products, are not used, air pollution and pollution of the working environment are prevented, and thus the present invention is harmless to the human body of a worker.
본 발명은 우레탄 폼을 이용한 사춤시 폼 조성물이 충진된 캔이 부착설치되는 분사기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 분사기를 통해 혼합 배출되어 사춤이 실시되도록 복수개의 액이 충진되어 있는 캔, 상기 캔과 탈결착이 가능한 분배기, 상기 분배기 전방으로는 몸체부와 배출부가 고정설치되고, 분배기 후방으로는 캔에 충진된 액의 배출이 되는 관을 개방 및 폐쇄하는 방아쇠와 배출량을 조절하는 방아쇠 레버조절부가 구비된 손잡이부가 고정설치되며, 상기 몸체부 상부면에 클리너 제어레버를 통해 연결설치되는 클리너로 이루어지는 캔 타입으로 이루어져 휴대가 간편한 발포 분사기에 관한 것이다. 이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 캔 타입으로 이루어져 휴대가 간편한 발포 분사기는 2액형 또는 3액형이 충진된 캔을 이용하여 휴대가 간편하므로 협소한 장소에서 발포 작업이 용이하고, 클리너가 부착 설치되거나 클리너가 충진된 캔을 이용하여 분사기 내부의 세척을 편리하게 실시할 수 있으며, 경화제의 혼합량을 조절하여 경화속도를 조절할 수 있으므로 유연한 발포 작업이 이루어질 수 있고, 일반적으로 에어로졸 제품에 사용되는 분사제 가스인 프레온 및 휘발성 유기 화합물을 사용하지 않아 대기오염과 작업 환경의 오염을 방지하여 작업자의 인체에 무해하다.

본 발명은 우레탄 폼을 이용한 사춤시 폼 조성물이 충진된 캔이 부착설치되는 분사기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 분사기를 통해 혼합 배출되어 사춤이 실시되도록 복수개의 액이 충진되어 있는 캔, 상기 캔과 탈결착이 가능한 분배기, 상기 분배기 전방으로는 몸체부와 배출부가 고정설치되고, 분배기 후방으로는 캔에 충진된 액의 배출이 되는 관을 개방 및 폐쇄하는 방아쇠와 배출량을 조절하는 방아쇠 레버조절부가 구비된 손잡이부가 고정설치되며, 상기 몸체부 상부면에 클리너 제어레버를 통해 연결설치되는 클리너로 이루어지는 캔 타입으로 이루어져 휴대가 간편한 발포 분사기에 관한 것이다. 이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 캔 타입으로 이루어져 휴대가 간편한 발포 분사기는 2액형 또는 3액형이 충진된 캔을 이용하여 휴대가 간편하므로 협소한 장소에서 발포 작업이 용이하고, 클리너가 부착 설치되거나 클리너가 충진된 캔을 이용하여 분사기 내부의 세척을 편리하게 실시할 수 있으며, 경화제의 혼합량을 조절하여 경화속도를 조절할 수 있으므로 유연한 발포 작업이 이루어질 수 있고, 일반적으로 에어로졸 제품에 사용되는 분사제 가스인 프레온 및 휘발성 유기 화합물을 사용하지 않아 대기오염과 작업 환경의 오염을 방지하여 작업자의 인체에 무해하다.
