The present invention relates to an assembly frame module for formwork. The assembly frame module for formwork is an assembly module connected to each other in plural for the manufacture of the formwork, and the assembly frame module comprises: a plurality of first assembly frames extending in a first direction and having a plurality of first connection grooves formed on one edge in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of second assembly frames disposed in a second direction crossing the first direction of the first assembly frame, assembled to the first assembly frame and having a plurality of second connection grooves formed on one edge in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of first reinforcing bar members inserted and fixed into the first connection grooves formed in each of the plurality of first assembly frames and arranged in plurality along the second direction; and a plurality of second reinforcing bar members inserted and fixed into the second connection grooves formed in each of the plurality of second assembly frames and arranged in plurality along the first direction. The plurality of assembly frame modules may be connected to each other by a fastening member while being adjacent to each other. The present invention can improve manufacturing productivity and reduce costs by reducing the time required for the installation of the formwork.
