The present invention relates to a quadrangular manhole cover with an opening and closing device. The quadrangular manhole cover comprises: a cover for opening and closing an opening portion; a frame on which the cover is seated; a link assembly provided inside both sides of the frame to open and close the cover in a link manner; a worm gear opening device provided outside one side of the frame, connected to one end of the link assembly to open and close the cover, and having a gearbox; a locking device seated in the opening and closing hole of the cover, and for opening and closing the cover while being attached and detached from the frame; a hinge portion seated on a hinge seating portion formed on the rear surface of a cover frame to open and close the cover; and a safety net assembly having a safety net which is seated on a safety net frame seated on the seating protrusion of the frame to prevent a person from falling through the opening portion when the cover is opened and to which a plurality of bars are connected, and a safety net fastener for attaching and detaching the safety net to and from the safety net frame. The cover can be provided on a multi-stage frame on the inner periphery of the opening portion of a sewage pipe so that the cover can be easily opened and closed. The link-shaped link assembly can be provided so that the cover can be safely and easily opened and closed by link interlocking. The worm gear opening device for opening and closing the cover can be provided so that the cover can be easily opened and closed with a portable electric drill without external power. A two-stage hinge can be provided so that the cover can be opened 180 degrees from the frame without protrusion of a rotating shaft in normal times, and a person can be prevented from falling into the sewage pipe.
본 발명은 개구부를 개폐하는 덮개와; 상기 덮개가 안착되는 프레임과; 상기 프레임의 양측 내부에서 상기 덮개를 링크식으로 개폐시키는 링크엇세이와; 상기 프레임의 일측 외부에서 상기 링크엇세이의 일측단과 연결되어 상기 덮개를 개폐시키도록 기어박스가 형성된 웜기어개방장치와; 상기 덮개의 개폐공에 안착되어 상기 프레임과 착탈되면서 개폐시키는 잠금장치와; 상기 덮개프레임의 후면에 형성된 힌지안착부에 안착되어 상기 덮개를 개폐시키는 힌지부와; 상기 프레임의 안착턱에 안착되는 안전망프레임에 안착되어 덮개의 개방시 개구부로 사람의 추락을 방지하도록 다수개의 바가 연결된 안전망과, 상기 안전망을 안전망프레임에 착탈시키는 안전망체결구가 구비된 안전망엇세이로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 하수관로의 개구부 내주연에 다단의 프레임에 덮개를 구비하여 덮개를 용이하게 개폐할 수 있고, 링크형상의 링크엇세이를 구비하여 안전하고 용이하게 링크연동으로 덮개를 개폐시킬 수 있고, 덮개를 개폐하는 웜기어개방장치를 구비하여 휴대용전동드릴로 외부별도의 동력 없이도 용이하게 덮개를 개폐시킬 수 있으며, 2단힌지를 구비하여 평상시 회전축의 돌출없이 프레임에서 덮개를 180도로 개방할 수 있고, 사람이 하수관로에 추락하는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
