A manhole cover with leverage open and close
The present invention relates to an openable and closable manhole cover with a lever mounted thereon. The manhole cover comprises: a cover formed in a box shape to open and close an opening portion; a frame which has a step portion formed thereon so that the frame is seated on the inner circumference of the opening portion, and on which the cover is seated; link assemblies provided inside both sides of the frame, and for opening and closing the cover in a link manner; levers having long connecting rods attached and detached therefrom to open and close the cover; side boxes having side box covers seated on both the sides of the frame; hinge portions seated on both sides of the rear surface of the frame to open and close the cover; and a safety net assembly including a safety net which is seated on a safety net frame seated inside the frame and to which a plurality of bars are connected to prevent a worker from falling into the opening portion when the cover is opened, and a plurality of safety net locks for attaching and detaching the safety net to the safety net frame. The manhole cover can have, a two-step manner, the frame and the cover on the inner circumference of the opening portion of a sewage pipe, thereby being capable of easily opening and closing the cover, can have the link assembly having a link shape so that the levers are safely and easily mounted thereon, thereby being capable of opening and closing the cover, can have lever mounts for attaching and detaching the levers for opening and closing the cover, thereby being capable of easily opening and closing the cover with little force, enables a worker to conveniently and completely open the cover from the frame without protrusion of rotary shafts, and can have a portable safety handle so that the worker can safely enter and exit the sewer pipe, thereby preventing an accident that the worker falls into the sewer pipe.
본 발명은 개구부를 개폐하도록 박스형상으로 형성된 덮개와, 상기 개구부의 내주연에 안착되도록 단턱부가 형성되어 덮개가 안착되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 양측 내부에서 상기 덮개를 링크식으로 개폐시키는 링크엇세이와, 상기 덮개를 개폐시키도록 연결장봉이 착탈되는 지렛데와, 상기 프레임의 양측에 안착되는 측면박스커버가 형성된 측면박스와, 상기 프레임의 후면 양측에 안착되어 상기 덮개를 개폐시키는 힌지부와; 상기 프레임 내부에 안착되는 안전망프레임에 안착되어 덮개의 개방시 작업자의 개구부로 추락을 방지하도록 다수개의 바가 연결된 안전망과, 상기 안전망을 안전망프레임에 착탈시키는 다수개의 안전망잠금구로 형성된 안전망엇세이로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 하수관로의 개구부 내주연에 이단의 프레임과 덮개를 구비하여 덮개를 용이하게 개폐할 수 있고, 링크형상의 링크엇세이를 구비하여 안전하고 용이하게 지렛데를 장착하여 덮개를 개폐시킬 수 있고, 덮개를 개폐하는 지렛데가 착탈되는 지렛데장착구를 구비하여 적은 힘으로도 용이하게 덮개를 개폐시킬 수 있으며, 프레임에서 덮개를 회전축의 돌출없이 편리하게 180도 완전 개방 할 수 있고, 작업자가 하수관로로 안전하게 진출입할 수 있게 휴대용안전손잡이를 장착시켜 작업자가 하수관로에 추락하는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
