The present invention comprises a filler manufacturing method which comprises the following steps of: (a) mounting a metallic panel on a first processing part arranged between a first mold and a second mold, allowing a second pin member, which protrudes from the second mold, to hit the bottom surface of the metallic panel by the pressurizing force of the first mold, and allowing the upper surface of the metallic panel to be supported by a first pin member, which protrudes from the first mold, thereby performing processing so that a part can protrude from the metallic panel; (b) mounting a part of the metallic panel, which has been made to protrude upward by the second pin member, on a second processing part arranged between the first mold and the second mold, hitting the protruding portion of the metallic panel with a third pin member, which protrudes from the first mold, and allowing the protruding portion of the metallic panel to be supported by a fourth pin member, which protrudes from the second mold, thereby hitting the protruding portion of the metallic member to protrude downward; (c) mounting a part of the metallic panel, which has been made to protrude downward by the third pin member, on a third processing part arranged between the first mold and the second mold and hitting the protruding portion of the metallic panel with a fifth pin member protruding from the first mold, thereby allowing the protruding portion to be separated from the metallic panel and fall to a receiving groove part arranged in the second mold. Therefore, provided are the filler manufacturing method and a filler manufactured using the same, wherein a gap between objects to be supported can be maintained firmly and the objects to be supported can be prevented from being separated from one another.
본 발명은, (a) 금속패널을 제1금형과 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제1가공부에 안착시키고, 상기 제1금형의 가압력에 의해 상기 제2금형으로부터 돌출되는 제2핀부재가 금속패널의 저면을 타격하고, 금속패널의 상면은 상기 제1금형으로부터 돌출되는 제1핀부재에 의해 지지되도록 하여 금속패널로부터 일부분이 돌출되게 가공하는 단계; (b) 상기 제2핀부재에 의해 상측으로 돌출된 금속패널의 일부분을 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제2가공부에 안착시키고, 금속패널의 돌출부위를 상기 제1금형에서 돌출되는 제3핀부재에 의해 타격하고, 상기 제2금형으로부터 돌출되는 제4핀부재에 의해 금속패널의 돌출부위가 지지되도록 하여 금속부재의 돌출부위를 하측으로 돌출되게 타격하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 제3핀부재에 의해 하측으로 돌출된 금속패널의 일부분을 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제3가공부에 안착시키고, 금속패널의 돌출부위를 상기 제1금형으로부터 돌출되는 제5핀부재에 의해 타격하므로 금속패널로부터 돌출부위가 분리되어 상기 제2금형에 구비되는 수납홈부로 낙하되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention comprises a filler manufacturing method which comprises the following steps of: (a) mounting a metallic panel on a first processing part arranged between a first mold and a second mold, allowing a second pin member, which protrudes from the second mold, to hit the bottom surface of the metallic panel by the pressurizing force of the first mold, and allowing the upper surface of the metallic panel to be supported by a first pin member, which protrudes from the first mold, thereby performing processing so that a part can protrude from the metallic panel; (b) mounting a part of the metallic panel, which has been made to protrude upward by the second pin member, on a second processing part arranged between the first mold and the second mold, hitting the protruding portion of the metallic panel with a third pin member, which protrudes from the first mold, and allowing the protruding portion of the metallic panel to be supported by a fourth pin member, which protrudes from the second mold, thereby hitting the protruding portion of the metallic member to protrude downward; (c) mounting a part of the metallic panel, which has been made to protrude downward by the third pin member, on a third processing part arranged between the first mold and the second mold and hitting the protruding portion of the metallic panel with a fifth pin member protruding from the first mold, thereby allowing the protruding portion to be separated from the metallic panel and fall to a receiving groove part arranged in the second mold. Therefore, provided are the filler manufacturing method and a filler manufactured using the same, wherein a gap between objects to be supported can be maintained firmly and the objects to be supported can be prevented from being separated from one another.
본 발명은, (a) 금속패널을 제1금형과 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제1가공부에 안착시키고, 상기 제1금형의 가압력에 의해 상기 제2금형으로부터 돌출되는 제2핀부재가 금속패널의 저면을 타격하고, 금속패널의 상면은 상기 제1금형으로부터 돌출되는 제1핀부재에 의해 지지되도록 하여 금속패널로부터 일부분이 돌출되게 가공하는 단계; (b) 상기 제2핀부재에 의해 상측으로 돌출된 금속패널의 일부분을 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제2가공부에 안착시키고, 금속패널의 돌출부위를 상기 제1금형에서 돌출되는 제3핀부재에 의해 타격하고, 상기 제2금형으로부터 돌출되는 제4핀부재에 의해 금속패널의 돌출부위가 지지되도록 하여 금속부재의 돌출부위를 하측으로 돌출되게 타격하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 제3핀부재에 의해 하측으로 돌출된 금속패널의 일부분을 상기 제1금형과 상기 제2금형 사이에 구비되는 제3가공부에 안착시키고, 금속패널의 돌출부위를 상기 제1금형으로부터 돌출되는 제5핀부재에 의해 타격하므로 금속패널로부터 돌출부위가 분리되어 상기 제2금형에 구비되는 수납홈부로 낙하되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
