METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ANTIBACTERIAL POWDER AND CHAIR MANUFACTURED BY USING THE ANTIBACTERIAL POWDER
The present invention provides a method of manufacturing antibacterial powder comprising the steps of: preparing an antibacterial extract by distilling an antibacterial plant; preparing ceramic powder made of minerals; mixing the antibacterial extract with the ceramic powder, and coating the antibacterial extract on the ceramic powder; and drying and pulverizing the coated ceramic powder to make it a fine powder. In addition, the antibacterial powder is introduced to provide an antibacterial chair with improved durability and semi-permanent antibacterial properties.
본 발명은 항균성 식물을 증류 추출하여 항균성 추출액을 준비하는 단계; 광물로 이루어진 세라믹 분말을 준비하는 단계; 상기 세라믹 분말에 상기 항균성 추출액을 혼합하여, 상기 세라믹 분말에 상기 항균성 추출액을 코팅하는 코팅단계; 및 코팅된 세라믹 분말을 건조하고 분쇄하여 미세 분말화하는 분말단계를 포함하는 항균성 분말의 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 항균성 분말이 도입되어 내구성이 개선되고 반영구적 항균 특성을 갖는 항균 의자를 제공한다.
