The present application relates to a method for manufacturing antibacterial rubber powder, a water permeable elastic pavement material using the antibacterial rubber powder, and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for manufacturing antibacterial rubber powder according to one embodiment comprises: a step of mixing a raw rubber material and an antibacterial agent comprising a chitosan derivative or formic acid to produce a mixed product; a step of vulcanizing and pressing the mixed product to manufacture a rubber sheet; and a step of pulverizing the rubber sheet to produce rubber powder, and classifying the rubber powder according to particle sizes.
본 출원은 항균 고무분말의 제조방법, 항균 고무분말을 이용한 투수형 탄성포장재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 항균 고무분말의 제조방법은, 고무 원재료와, 키토산 파생물 또는 포름산을 포함하는 항균제를 배합하여 배합물을 생성하는 단계; 상기 배합물을 가황하고 프레스(press)하여 고무시트를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 고무시트를 분쇄하여 고무분말을 생성하고, 상기 고무분말을 입자크기에 따라 분급하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
