FRP REINFORCEMENT DEVICE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS WATER TANK
Disclosed is a reinforcement apparatus for a fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) water tank. In accordance with the present invention, the reinforcement apparatus for the FRP water tank aims to prevent the torsion of the water tank by being installed in the water tank made of FRP materials and prevent the water tank from bursting by deformation of the water tank by improving the reinforcement force of the water tank. The reinforcement apparatus for the FRP water tank can comprise: installation units which include a fastening bolt member which includes a bolt unit, which penetrates a side surface of the water tank from inside to outside, and which has a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface, and a ring unit which has a circular ring on one side of the bolt unit to be placed in the water tank, and sealing reinforcement members engaged with the screw thread of the bolt unit and installed on the inside and the outside of the water tank, respectively, and which are fixed and installed on both side surfaces of the water tank to face each other; and a reinforcement unit connecting the installation units installed on the inner side surfaces of the water tank to face each other, and preventing both side surfaces of the water tank from expanding and deforming.
FRP 물탱크의 보강장치가 개시된다. 상기 FRP 물탱크의 보강장치는, FRP 소재로 이루어진 물탱크에 설치되어 물탱크의 비틀림을 방지하고, 물탱크의 보강력을 향상시켜 물탱크의 변형에 의해 터지는 것을 방지하기 위한 FRP 물탱크의 보강장치에 있어서, 물탱크의 내부에서 외부까지 측면을 관통하고 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 볼트부와 상기 볼트부 일측에 원형의 고리가 형성되어 물탱크의 내부에 배치되는 링부를 포함하는 체결볼트부재와, 상기 볼트부의 나사산에 결합되고, 물탱크 내부와 외부에 각각 설치되는 실링보강부재가 구비되고, 물탱크 일측면 및 타측면 양측면에 대향되게 고정 설치되는 설치부; 및 물탱크의 내측면 부분에 마주보게 설치되는 상기 설치부를 연결하고, 물탱크의 양측면이 팽창하여 변형되는 것을 방지하기 위한 보강바가 구비되는 보강부;를 포함할 수 있다.
