FRP REINFORCEMENT DEVICE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS WATER TANK WITH IMPROVED SEISMICPERFORMANCE
Disclosed is a reinforcement device for an FRP water tank. The reinforcement device for an FRP water tank is to prevent distortion of a water tank by being installed in the water tank formed of an FRP material and prevent the water tank from bursting due to the deformation of the water tank by improving a reinforcing force for a water tank. The FRP water tank includes: an installation unit fixed to and installed on one side and the other side of the water tank to be opposite to each other; and a reinforcing unit connecting the installation unit installed to be opposite to an inner side of the water tank, wherein the reinforcing unit includes a reinforcing bar for preventing the both sides of the water tank from being expanded and deformed. The installation unit includes: a coupling bolt member including a bolt unit having a thread on the outer circumference and penetrating a side surface from the inside of the water tank to the outside, and a ring unit arranged in the water tank as a round ring is formed on one side of the bolt unit; and a sealing reinforcing member individually installed inside and outside the water tank and connected to the thread of the bolt unit.
FRP 물탱크의 보강장치가 개시된다. 상기 FRP 물탱크의 보강장치는, FRP 소재로 이루어진 물탱크에 설치되어 물탱크의 비틀림을 방지하고, 물탱크의 보강력 을 향상시켜 물탱크의 변형에 의해 터지는 것을 방지하기 위한 FRP 물탱크의 보강 장치에 있어서, 물탱크의 내부에서 외부까지 측면을 관통하고 외주면에 나사산이 형 성된 볼트부와 상기 볼트부 일측에 원형의 고리가 형성되어 물탱크의 내부에 배치 되는링부를포함하는체결볼트부재와, 상기 볼트부의나사산에 결합되고,물탱크내 부와 외부에 각각 설치되는 실링보강부재가 구비되고, 물탱크 일측면 및 타측면 양 측면에 대향되게 고정 설치되는 설치부; 및 물탱크의 내측면 부분에 마주보게 설치 되는 상기 설치부를 연결하고, 물탱크의 양측면이 팽창하여 변형되는 것을 방지하기 위한보강바가구비되는보강부;를포함할 수있다.
