ECO-FRIENDLY SNOW REMOVAL AGENT CONTAINING CHARCOAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an eco-friendly charcoal snow removal agent which has excellent deicing and snow-melting performance when sprayed on a road surface in winter, reduces harmful substances generated after spraying, lowers corrosiveness, and minimizes microparticle pollutants accumulated on the road surface and water pollution sources, and a method for manufacturing the same. To this end, embodiments of the present invention provide a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly charcoal snow removal agent comprising: a step for preparing a charcoal mixture by mixing charcoal, citric acid, and phosphate; and a step for preparing a snow removal agent mixture by mixing the charcoal mixture with a chloride including at least one among sodium chloride, calcium chloride and magnesium chloride.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 숯, 구연산, 인산염을 혼합하여 숯 혼합물을 생성하는 단계와 염화나트륨, 염화칼슘 및 염화마그네슘 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 염화물과 상기 숯 혼합물을 혼합하여 제설제 혼합물을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 친환경 숯 제설제의 제조방법이 제공된다.
