The present invention relates to a mortar composition for a sidewalk block having waterproofing properties while reducing the used amount of cement by using discarded polysilicon sludge, silt sand from dredged soil and seaweed, and a method for manufacturing a sidewalk block using the same. The composition is composed mainly of dredged soil composed of silt and coarse sand as aggregate and a solidifying material composed of a seaweed concentrate, polysilicon sludge powder, and an unsaturated polyester resin, and hydraulic cement is supplementally blended. The sidewalk block of the present invention provides waterproofing properties, and effects of reducing the harmfulness of cement by reducing the used amount of cement and increasing durability by reducing the damage caused by rainwater erosion and freezing along with waterproofing properties.
본 발명은 폐기되는 폴리실리콘 슬러지, 준설토의 실트질 모래 및 해조류를 이용하여 시멘트 사용량을 감소시키면서 방수성을 갖는 보도블럭용 몰탈조성물 및 이를 이용한 보도블럭의 제조방법이며, 해조류 농축액, 폴리실리콘 슬러지 분말, 및 불포화폴리에스테르수지로 조성되는 고화재와 골재로 실트와 굵은모래로 조성된 준설토를 주성분으로 조성되며, 여기에 수경성의 시멘트가 보충적으로 배합되는 것으로 이루어진다. 본 발명의 보도블럭은 방수성과 함께 시멘트 사용량을 감소시켜 시멘트의 유해성을 저감시키는 효과를 나타내며, 방수성과 함께 빗물에 의한 침식과 동결에 의한 파손을 감소시켜 내구성을 증가시키는 효과를 나타내다.
