The present invention relates to a gang form safe-lifting apparatus capable of exposing an anchor bolt of a gang form when lifting the gang form through a towing member by combining and installing a safety means with the front side of a lifting hook means. More specifically, a cover member (40) is inserted into a fixing member (30) installed on the front side of a lifting hook means (10) to be elastically lifted by an elastic spring (35), and a towing member (50) is connected to an upper part of the cover member to form a safety means (20), wherein a hook (75) is installed in an upper part of an upper support plate (70), a towing wire (83) is connected to a wire installation bracket (80) connected to a lower part thereof through an elastic support means (90) elastically operated up and down, and the towing wire is inserted into a wire insertion hole (86) of a wire fixing bracket (85) combined with a cover member (40) to fix the safety means to the towing wire after an installation height adjustment of the safety means, and thus, the towing member (50) can be installed while being simply adjusted in height without the need for reinstalling the safety means in accordance with an anchor bolt position of the gang form. Therefore, the apparatus can have excellent installation workability as well as can excellently tow a cover member regardless of a towing direction through a hook and an elastic support means during a hook towing operation of a towing member with a crane while providing excellent operation reliability.
본 발명은 인양 고리수단 전면에 안전 수단을 결합 설치하여 견인 부재에 의해 들어 올려 인양할 때 갱폼의 앵커 볼트를 노출시키도록 하는 갱폼 안전 인양장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 인양 고리수단(10) 전면에 설치된 고정 부재(30) 내부에 커버 부재(40)를 탄발 스프링(35)에 의해 탄발 승강하도록 내 삽입 설치하고, 상기 커버 부재 상부에 견인 부재(50)를 연결 설치하여 안전 수단(20)을 구성하되, 상기 견인 부재(50)는 상부 지지판(70) 상부에 걸고리(75)를 설치하고 하부에 상하로 탄발 작동하는 탄발 지지수단(90)으로 연결된 와이어 설치 브라켓(80)에 견인 와이어(83)를 연결하고 상기 견인 와이어를 커버 부재(40)에 결합되는 와이어 고정 브라켓(85)의 와이어 삽입공(86)에 삽입하여 안전 수단의 설치 높낮이 조절 후 견인 와이어에 고정하기 때문에 갱폼의 앵커 볼트 위치에 따라 안전 수단을 재 설치하는 과정 없이 간단히 높낮이 조절하면서 설치하게 되므로 설치 작업성이 우수함은 물론 크레인에 의한 견인 부재의 걸고리 견인 작동시 걸고리와 탄발 지지수단에 의해 견인 방향에 상관없이 커버 부재를 우수하게 견인하면서 작동 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
The present invention relates to a gang form safe-lifting apparatus capable of exposing an anchor bolt of a gang form when lifting the gang form through a towing member by combining and installing a safety means with the front side of a lifting hook means. More specifically, a cover member (40) is inserted into a fixing member (30) installed on the front side of a lifting hook means (10) to be elastically lifted by an elastic spring (35), and a towing member (50) is connected to an upper part of the cover member to form a safety means (20), wherein a hook (75) is installed in an upper part of an upper support plate (70), a towing wire (83) is connected to a wire installation bracket (80) connected to a lower part thereof through an elastic support means (90) elastically operated up and down, and the towing wire is inserted into a wire insertion hole (86) of a wire fixing bracket (85) combined with a cover member (40) to fix the safety means to the towing wire after an installation height adjustment of the safety means, and thus, the towing member (50) can be installed while being simply adjusted in height without the need for reinstalling the safety means in accordance with an anchor bolt position of the gang form. Therefore, the apparatus can have excellent installation workability as well as can excellently tow a cover member regardless of a towing direction through a hook and an elastic support means during a hook towing operation of a towing member with a crane while providing excellent operation reliability.
본 발명은 인양 고리수단 전면에 안전 수단을 결합 설치하여 견인 부재에 의해 들어 올려 인양할 때 갱폼의 앵커 볼트를 노출시키도록 하는 갱폼 안전 인양장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 인양 고리수단(10) 전면에 설치된 고정 부재(30) 내부에 커버 부재(40)를 탄발 스프링(35)에 의해 탄발 승강하도록 내 삽입 설치하고, 상기 커버 부재 상부에 견인 부재(50)를 연결 설치하여 안전 수단(20)을 구성하되, 상기 견인 부재(50)는 상부 지지판(70) 상부에 걸고리(75)를 설치하고 하부에 상하로 탄발 작동하는 탄발 지지수단(90)으로 연결된 와이어 설치 브라켓(80)에 견인 와이어(83)를 연결하고 상기 견인 와이어를 커버 부재(40)에 결합되는 와이어 고정 브라켓(85)의 와이어 삽입공(86)에 삽입하여 안전 수단의 설치 높낮이 조절 후 견인 와이어에 고정하기 때문에 갱폼의 앵커 볼트 위치에 따라 안전 수단을 재 설치하는 과정 없이 간단히 높낮이 조절하면서 설치하게 되므로 설치 작업성이 우수함은 물론 크레인에 의한 견인 부재의 걸고리 견인 작동시 걸고리와 탄발 지지수단에 의해 견인 방향에 상관없이 커버 부재를 우수하게 견인하면서 작동 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
