The present invention relates to a safety lifting device for a gang form, which is to expose an anchor bolt of a gang form when performing lifting by a towing member after a safety unit is connected to a front surface of a lifting lug means. More specifically, a cover member (40) is inserted into a fixing member (30), which is installed on the front surface of the lifting lug means (10), to elastically ascend and descend by an elastic spring (35). The safety unit (20) is formed as the towing member (50) is connected to the upper part of the cover member (40). The towing member (50) includes a rotating operation unit (53). The rotating operation unit (53) rotates forwards and backwards as a center of the rotating operation unit (53) is axially connected to a horizontal support plate (51) by a hinge shaft (53a) on a rear surface of a lug unit (12) of the lifting lug means. A lower part of the rotating operation unit (53) and a lower part of the cover member (40) are connected by a towing wire (55). A hook (3) of a crane mounted on the lug unit (12) of the lifting lug means pushes the upper part of the rotating operation unit and axially rotates the same. Accordingly, the towing wire lifts the cover member (40) and exposes the anchor bolt (5) of the gang form for a dismantling work. Therefore, even when the safety lifting device operates the lifting in a vertical direction or an inclined direction when lifting by the hook of the crane, the cover member of the safety unit smoothly ascends and descends and an anchor bolt removing work is simply performed.
본 발명은 인양 고리수단 전면에 안전 수단을 결합 설치하여 견인 부재에 의해 들어 올려 인양할 때 갱폼의 앵커 볼트를 노출시키도록 하는 갱폼 안전 인양장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 인양 고리수단(10) 전면에 설치된 고정 부재(30) 내부에 커버 부재(40)를 탄발 스프링(35)에 의해 탄발 승강하도록 내 삽입 설치하고, 상기 커버 부재 상부에 견인 부재(50)를 연결 설치하여 안전 수단(20)을 구성하되, 상기 견인 부재(50)는 인양 고리수단의 고리부(12) 배면 위치로 중앙 부분이 수평 지지판(51)에 힌지축(53a)으로 축 결합되어 전후 회전 작동하는 회전 작동구(53)를 설치하고, 상기 회전 작동구(53) 하부와 커버 부재(40) 하부를 견인 와이어(55)로 연결 구성하여 상기 인양 고리수단의 고리부(12)에 장착되는 크레인의 후크(3)가 회전 작동구의 상부를 밀어 축 회전시키는 것에 의해 견인 와이어가 커버 부재(40)를 승강시키면서 갱폼의 앵커 볼트(5)를 노출시켜 해제 작업하도록 하기 때문에 크레인의 후크에 의한 인양시 수직 또는 경사 방향으로 인양 작동하더라도 안전 수단의 커버 부재를 원활히 승강시키면서 앵커 볼트 제거 작업을 간편하게 수행하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
