The present invention relates to an eco-friendly insulation material with high-performance sound insulation properties using recycled cotton fiber, which provides, as an alternative, sound insulation and heat insulation functions required for composite materials for construction, civil engineering, industry, transportation, shipbuilding, aviation, and the like, and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly insulation material is manufactured through processes of collecting, sorting, cutting, blending, transporting, storing, transferring, performing cotton beating, carding or performing air lay, forming, needling, heating, pressing, cutting, and packaging a regenerated fiber 1 containing regenerated cotton fiber and regenerated hemp fiber, which are natural fibers, and a regenerated fiber 2 containing low-melting polypropylene (LMPP), which is regenerated chemical fiber, respectively.
본 발명품은 천연섬유인 재생면섬유와 재생마섬유를 포함하는 재생섬유 1과 재생화섬섬유인 LMPP(Low-Melting Polypropylene)를 포함하는 재생섬유 2를 서로 다른 복합적인 섬유를 각각 수거, 분류, 절단, 배합, 이송, 저장, 이송, 타면, 카딩 또는 에어레이, 성형, 니들링, 오븐, 가압, 재단, 포장 과정을 자동적이고 연속적인 일체의 과정으로 다양한 규격의 30mm, 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm 중 어느 하나인 두께와, 300mm, 400mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1,200mm 중 어느 하나인 폭과 1,800mm, 2,400mm, 3,000mm, 3,600mm 중 어느 하나인 길이로 된 제품을 제조하며, 일반적으로 우레아폼(Ureafoam), 스티로폼(E.P.S), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethene)은 강한 충격을 받으며, 깨짐과 휨 강도가 좋지 않아 복원력이 떨어지고, 습기와 물, 곰팡이, 포름알데히드, 충(蟲)이 발생하고, 사용수명이 짧다는 단점이 있고, 유리면(Gresswool)은 해로운 화학물질을 함유하고 있어, 가려움을 유발 할 수 있고, 포름알데히드가 발생 할 수 있기에, 이러한 제품들을 개선한 본 발명품의 용도로는 우레아폼(Ureafoam), 스티로폼(E.P.S), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethene), 유리면(Gresswool), 폴리에스터(Polyester) 대체품으로 건축, 토목, 산업, 운송, 조선, 항공 등 복합 재에 필요한 방음 및 단열 기능의 고성능 방음성질을 가진 친환경 단열재를 가진다.
