NATURAL PULP FIBER-BASED SOUND ABSORBING MATERIALS WITH THERMAL INSULATION AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHODS
The present invention relates to a natural pulp fiber sound-absorbing material with thermal insulation capable of being used as a high-quality interior finishing material and a sound-absorbing material made of an environment-friendly material in an inner lateral wall of apartment houses, vehicles, aircrafts, ships, recreational facilities, theme parks, sound equipment, speakers, theaters, music rooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, churches, indoor venues, studios, home theater rooms, or the like, having a deodorization performance, easily adjusting the architectural acoustic reverberation time, increasing sound absorption and sound insulation for blocking external transmission of a sound, increasing clearness of a sound for evenly transmitting the sound to the entire indoor area, and realizing a pleasant acoustic space; and a method for manufacturing the same. While pulp fiber is mixed with water, after mixing with an admixture containing a binder material, an expansion material, a flame retarding material, and a flexible material, calcium complex or zinc complex of at least one kind of oil selected from a group consisting of tea tree oil, castor oil, and linseed oil is comprised. Moreover, a sound-absorbing material main body manufactured as the pulp fiber and the water are mixed at a rate of 3:10 to 4:10, and the binder material of 1-5 g, the expansion material of 1-5 g, the flame retarding material of 5-20 g, the flexible material of 0.1-5 g, and the calcium complex or zinc complex of oil of 1.0-10.0 g are added per 100 g of the pulp fiber; and a magnesium board combined by using an adhesive with the lower end of the sound-absorbing material main body, and wherein multiple through holes are punched are comprised.
