본 발명은 수처리 구조물용 세라믹 코팅제 및 방수도장공법에 관한 것이다. 나아가 본 발명은 수처리 구조물의 방수도장에 있어서, 종래 복합 실란을 이용하는 세라믹 코팅제의 건조속도, 신축성 향상 및 도막의 균열 방지를 위하여 다공성 실리카 등을 함유하는 바탕조정재를 추가로 구성하는 발명에 관한 것이다.
