The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a charnel house for a companion animal based on a technique of applying lacquer on ceramics, in which ceramics which is aesthetically excellent compared to the easy producibility thereof is used, insufficient factors such as water resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, antibacterial property, adherence, and insect-proof property are completely supplemented by repetitive post processing of surface polishing and lacquer application so as to actively contribute to the preservation of ashes and the improvement of aesthetic expression. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: producing ceramics made of white porcelain, and including a housing in which ashes are to be accommodated and a cover which shields an upper part of the housing as a set; and repeatedly applying lacquer onto a surface of ceramics. Accordingly, condensation in ceramics is prevented while the chance of thixotropy occurring during a high-temperature firing process is excluded, and thus, expressiveness of pattern application and color assignment is expanded.
본 발명은 간편한 제작성 대비 견고하고 심미적으로 뛰어난 도자를 이용하면서 내수성, 내열성, 내마모성, 항균성, 부착성, 방충성 등의 미흡 요소를 표면 연마와 옻칠의 반복적인 후가공으로 전면 보완함에 따라 유골의 보관성과 심미적 표현 향상에 적극 기여하는 도태칠 기법에 기반한 반려동물 납골함의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 백자토를 소재로 하여 유골이 수용되는 함체 및 함체의 상부를 차폐하는 덮개가 하나의 세트로 이루어지는 도자(陶瓷)를 제작한 후, 도자 표면에 옻칠을 반복 처리함으로써 고온 소성과정 시 발생하는 요변의 우연성을 배제하면서 도자 내 결로를 방지하여 무늬 적용 및 색채 부여에 대한 표현성이 확장되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
