METHOD FOR CRYSTALLIZING POWDERED BONES USING 3-DIMENSION PRINTER
Disclosed is a method for crystallizing powdered bones by using a three-dimensional printer. The method for crystallizing powdered bones by using a three-dimensional printer, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (a) removing iron by using a magnetic material, and pulverizing powdered bones until particles of the powdered bones have less than or equal to a predetermined size; (b) forming the powdered bones in which iron is removed, into a predetermined shape by using a three-dimensional printer; (c) forming a crystal by curing the formed product of powdered bones; (d) coating the surface of the crystal by applying glass frit and powder of an inorganic color former to the surface of the formed crystal, and melting the same; and (e) annealing or forcibly freezing the crystal coated in the step (d).
3차원 프린터를 이용한 유골분 결정화 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 3차원 프린터를 이용한 유골분 결정화 방법은, (a) 자성체를 이용하여 철분을 제거한 후, 유골을 입자가 설정된 크기 이하로 되도록 분쇄하는 단계; (b) 철분이 제거된 유골분을 3차원 프린터를 이용하여 설정된 형상으로 성형하는 단계; (c) 성형된 유골분의 성형체를 경화하여 결정체를 형성하는 단계; (d) 형성된 결정체의 표면에 글래스 프릿 및 무기질 발색제의 분말을 묻힌 후 녹여 결정체 표면을 코팅하는 단계; 및 (e) (d) 단계에 의해 코팅된 결정체를 서랭 또는 강제냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
