Floor constructing method for reducing floor noise
The present invention relates to a floor construction method for reducing floor noise. The floor construction method includes the following steps of: forming an insulation mat layer laid by a predetermined thickness along an upper side of a slab layer to be insulated from the slab layer; laying hot water pipes on an upper side of the insulation mat layer at regular intervals, and forming a piping layer by filling a space between the hot water pipes and an upper part thereof with gravels by a predetermined height; forming a concrete finishing layer applying concrete mortar to an upper part of the piping layer by a predetermined thickness and curing the same; forming a vibration absorption layer to be arranged in an upper part of the concrete finishing layer by bringing sides of sandbags for filling the inside of a sack made of carbon fibers with a predetermined amount of sand, into tight contact with each other; forming a tile layer by stacking red clay tiles on an upper side of each of the sandbags in an upper part of the vibration absorption layer; and forming a finishing panel layer on an upper side of the tile layer by assembling and bonding finishing panels of a predetermined height with each other. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing floor noise while maximizing heating efficiency.
본 발명은 층간 소음을 저감시키는 바닥 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 슬래브층의 상부면을 따라 일정 두께로 깔아 슬래브층과 단열이 되도록 단열매트층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 단열매트층의 상부면에 일정 간격으로 온수관이 배설되게 하고, 각 온수관의 사이와 그 상부로 일정 높이로 자갈이 채워지도록 하여 배관층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 배관층의 상부에 일정 두께로 콘크리트 몰탈을 도포하여 경화시키는 콘크리트 마감층을 형성하는 단계; 탄소섬유로 이루어지는 포대의 내부에 일정량의 모래가 채워지도록 하는 모래주머니의 측면간 상호 밀착되도록 하여 상기 콘크리트 마감층의 상부에 배열되도록 진동 흡수층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 진동 흡수층의 상부에서 각 모래주머니의 상부면에 황토 타일이 적층되도록 하여 타일층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 타일층의 상부면에는 일정 높이의 마감패널을 상호 조립 및 접착되게 하여 마감패널층을 형성하는 단계로서 수행되도록 하는데 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to a floor construction method for reducing floor noise.
