The present invention relates to a permeable block, and a method to manufacture the permeable block. More specifically, the permeable block comprises: a base layer unit; and a surface layer unit. The base layer unit contains wet type quenching steel slag having a particle size of 3-20 mm, and the wet type quenching steel slag having the particle size in a range above 0 seconds and equal to or less than 1 mm. The surface layer unit contains the wet type quenching steel slag having the particle size in a range equal to or more than 1 mm and less than 3 mm.
본 발명은 투수블럭 및 투수블럭의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 기층부 및 표층부를 포함하고, 상기 기층부는, 입도가 3 내지 20mm인 습식급랭제강슬래그 및 입도가 0 초과 1mm 미만인 습식급랭제강슬래그를 포함하고, 상기 표층부는, 입도가 1mm 이상 3mm 미만인 습식급랭제강슬래그를 포함하는, 투수블럭 및 투수블럭의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a permeable block, and a method to manufacture the permeable block. More specifically, the permeable block comprises: a base layer unit; and a surface layer unit.
