Rotary Style Dust Precipitator
The present invention relates to a rotary dusting machine which comprises a screen, a rake, an apron, and a driving unit, wherein a lower support is attached at a right angle between a front rake and a vertical shaft and a right-side support having the same shape as the lower support is attached at a right angle on a lower end of a right-sided horizontal shaft. In addition, a rear rake has a pointed end portion in order to remove impurities jammed between screen bars and at the same time easily transfer the impurities to the front rake, wherein the pointed end portion is inclined to have an inner angle of 20 degrees. In the apron, a plurality of uneven grooves are attached at a right angle on a steel plate, wherein a gap between the uneven grooves has the same size as that of a gap between the screen bars. Moreover, a part of left and right portions and end portions of the right-sided horizontal shaft is made of an elastic material. According to the present invention, water can smoothly pass through a canal without jammed impurities to minimize a jam, thereby allowing drainage to be smoothly performed and preventing a rake from being twisted or sagging due to a load of impurities.
본 발명의 로터리식 제진기는 스크린, 레이크, 에이프런 및 구동부를 포함하고,전방레이크와 수직축 사이에는 직각으로 하부 받침대가 부착되고, 우측 수평축 하단에는 하부 받침대와 동일한 형상의 우측 받침대가 직각으로 부착되며; 후방레이크는 스크린 바와 상기 스크린 바 사이에 낀 상기 협잡물을 제거하고, 동시에 상기 협잡물을 상기 전방레이크 쪽으로 쉽게 이송할 수 있도록 끝부분이 뾰쪽하게 형성되어 있으며, 뾰족하게 형성된 내부 각도가 20도로 경사진 모양으로 되어 있으며; 상기 에이프런은 강철판 위에 다수개의 요철홈이 직각으로 부착되며, 상기 요철홈의 간격은 각각의 상기 스크린 바의 간격과 동일하며; 상기 우측 수평축의 좌우 및 끝단 일부부분은 탄성 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 수로의 물이 협잡물 끼임 없이 원활하게 통과될 수 있어 목 매김 현상을 최소화할 수 있고, 이에 따라 배수가 원활하게 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 협잡물의 하중으로 인한 레이크의 비틀림 또는 처짐을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
