Disclosed is a parking tower facility capable of reducing the time for parking and retrieval of a vehicle and providing a driver with convenience in parking. A parking tower facility according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a parking tower having a plurality of storage units therein, a plurality of stopping areas arranged in parallel on the outside of the parking tower, a one-way driving road provided along the circumferential direction of the parking tower at the outside of the plurality of stopping areas and separated from an external road, a plurality of parking and retrieval areas located inside the parking tower to correspond to the plurality of stopping areas, a plurality of parking and retrieval doors each located between the plurality of stopping areas and the plurality of parking and retrieval areas, and a parking and retrieval device for transporting a vehicle located in the stopping area to the parking and retrieval area.
주차 타워설비가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 주차 타워설비는 내부에 복수의 격납부가 구비된 주차타워와, 주차타워 외측에 병렬 배치된 복수의 정차영역과, 복수의 정차영역 외측에서 주차타워의 둘레방향을 따라 구비되며, 외부도로와 구분되는 일방향 주행도로와, 복수의 정차영역과 대응하도록 주차타워 내측에 위치된 복수의 입출고영역과, 복수의 정차영역과 복수의 입출고영역을 사이에 두고 각각 위치되는 복수의 입출고 도어 및 정차영역에 위치된 차량을 입출고영역으로 운반하는 반출입장치를 포함한다.
