CAR PARKING INCOMING AND OUTGOING CONTROL SYSTEM
The present invention provides a vehicle entry management system for a parking lot. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a barricade bar-installed sensor unit installed in a part of a barricade bar physically controlling entry of a vehicle entering the parking lot at an interval and including a sensor detecting the vehicle placed in the front; a multi-sensor vehicle license plate input control unit which includes a sensor signal processing unit determining the entry of the vehicle based on a sensing signal inputted from the sensor installed in barricade bar-installed sensor unit, an entry vehicle capturing unit capturing a shape and a license plate of the vehicle entering an entry road surface area based on a signal of the sensor signal processing unit, and a communication unit receiving an operation condition setting signal of the sensor; and a license number recognition and storage unit receiving and storing a vehicle image acquired by the entry vehicle capturing unit, and extracting the license number from the stored vehicle image through a license number recognition engine.
본원 발명의 주차장 차량 출입 관리시스템은, 주차장으로 진입하는 차량의 출입을 물리적으로 제어하는 차단바의 일부분에 일정한 간격을 두고 설치되며, 전방에 위치한 상기 차량을 감지하는 센서를 내장하고 있는 차단바 장착센서부; 상기 장착 센서부에 장착된 센서로부터 입력받은 센싱 신호를 기초로 차량의 진입여부를 판단하는 센서 신호처리부, 상기 센서 신호 처리부의 신호에 기초하여 출입노면 영역으로 출입하는 상기 차량의 형상 및 차량번호판을 촬영하는 출입차량 촬영부; 및 센서의 동작 조건 설정신호를 입력받는 통신부를 포함하는 다중센서 차량번호판 입력제어부; 상기 출입차량 촬영부에서 획득한 차량영상을 전송받아 저장하고, 차량번호 인식엔진을 통해 저장된 차량영상으로부터 차량번호를 추출하는 차량번호 인식 및 저장부를 포함하는 기술을 제공함에 기술적 특징이 있다.
