Multifunctional concrete floor plastering device
The present invention relates to a multifunctional concrete floor plastering device. The multifunctional concrete floor plastering device comprises: a transfer frame in which at least one transfer wheel is formed, and a handle for inducing easy movement is formed at an upper portion; a laying means formed on the transfer frame to lay a hardener in the form of powder on a concrete floor; a tamping means formed on the transfer frame to tamp the concrete floor or the hardener laid on the concrete floor by vertical vibration of a tamping plate; and a plastering means formed on the transfer frame and plastering a top surface of the concrete floor tamped by the tamping means flat. The multifunctional concrete floor plastering device can perform a laying process of laying the hardener on the concrete floor, a tamping process of tamping the laid hardener, and a plastering process of plastering the top surface of the concrete floor at once since the plastering device is provided with the laying means, the tamping means, and the plastering means. There is no time gap between the processes, so it is possible to construct a hardener of a uniform and excellent quality on the concrete floor. In addition, since the single device can perform sequentially all the processes including the laying process, the tamping process, and the plastering process, the personnel and time consumed in the processes can be saved, thereby inducing economical construction of the hardener.
본 발명은 다기능 콘크리트 바닥 미장장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 적어도 하나 이상의 이송바퀴가 형성되며, 상부에는 용이한 이동을 유도하는 손잡이가 형성되는 이송프레임;과, 상기 이송프레임 상에 형성되어 콘크리트 바닥으로 분말 형태의 하드너를 포설하는 포설수단;과, 상기 이송프레임 상에 형성되어 다짐판의 수직 진동으로 콘크리트 바닥을 다지거나 콘크리트 바닥에 포설된 하드너를 다지는 다짐수단;과, 상기 이송프레임 상에 형성되어 상기 다짐수단을 통해 다져진 콘크리트 바닥의 상면을 평평하게 미장하는 미장수단;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 이송프레임 상에 포설수단과 다짐수단 및 미장수단이 구비되어 콘크리트 바닥에 하드너를 포설하는 포설공정과 포설된 하드너를 다지는 다짐공정 및 콘크리트 바닥 상면을 미장하는 미장공정을 한 번에 수행할 수 있어 각 공정이 수행되는 시간 차이가 발생하지 않아 콘크리트 바닥에 균일하고 우수한 품질을 갖는 하드너를 구축할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 하나의 장치를 통해 포설공정과 다짐공정 및 미장공정을 순차적으로 모두 수행할 수 있어 공정에 소모되는 인력 및 시간을 최소화하여 하드너의 경제적인 시공을 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a multifunctional concrete floor plastering device.
