ASPHALT REINFORCEMENT COMPRISING NONWOVEN FABRIC IMPREGNATED WITH ASPHALT AND METHOD FOR REPARING PAVEMENT
The present invention relates to an asphalt reinforcement and, more particularly, to an asphalt reinforcement, which can be applied to asphalt pavement without a tack coating application and curing process and a method for repairing asphalt pavement by using the same. The asphalt reinforcement comprises: a reinforcing fiber layer having a plurality of holes; a breathable or non-breathable film layer, including at least one resin selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene elastomer, polypropylene elastomer, polybutene, and thermoplastic polyurethane, and having a melting point of 90 to 130℃; and a nonwoven layer positioned between the reinforcing fiber layer and the film layer, impregnated with an asphalt emulsion, and having a melting point of 50 to 130℃.
본 발명은 아스팔트 보강재에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는, 택코팅 도포 및 양생 과정 없이 아스팔트 포장에 적용이 가능한 아스팔트 보강재 및 이를 이용한 아스팔트 포장 보수 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 보강재는 복수의 홀이 형성된 보강섬유층, 통기성 또는 비통기성이고 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트, 폴리에틸렌 엘라스토머, 폴리프로필렌 엘라스토머, 폴리부텐 및 열가소성폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수지로 이루어지고 융점이 90℃ 내지 130℃인 필름층 및 상기 보강섬유층과 상기 필름층 사이에 위치하고 아스팔트 에멀젼이 함침되고 융점이 50℃ 내지 130℃인 부직포층을 포함한다.
