본 발명에 따른 목조주택용 단열재 시공방법은 고로슬래그와 흑운모가 혼합된 원재료와 바인더 및 방진제를 함유하는 미네랄울의 양쪽 면에 망사와 발수 페이싱재가 부착되어 구성된 단열재를 다수 마련하는 단계; 마련된 단열재들을 상호 이격되어 세워진 목재들 사이에 억지 끼워맞춤할 수 있는 폭으로 각각 재단하는 단계; 및 재단된 단열재들을 목재들 사이에 적층해서 억지 끼워맞춤하는 단계;를 포함한다.
A method for constructing an insulating material for a wooden house according to the present invention comprises steps of: providing a plurality of insulating materials comprising mesh and water-repellent facings attached to both sides of mineral wool containing a raw material mixed with blast furnace slag and biotite, a binder, and a dustproofing agent; cutting each of the provided insulating materials to a width that can be press fit between woods erected spaced apart from each other; and stacking and press-fitting the cut insulating materials between the woods, thereby capable of improving construction efficiency when installing insulation materials in wooden houses.
