본 발명은 목조주택용 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 목조주택용 단열재 제조방법은 원재료로 고로슬래그 85~95 중량%와 흑운모 5~15 중량%를 배합해서 계량하고 코크스를 계량해서 용융로에 투입하는 단계; 용융로에서 원재료를 용융시키는 단계; 용융된 원재료를 섬유화함과 동시에 섬유에 바인더와 방진제를 분사해서 코팅하는 단계; 섬유를 집면기에 적재해서 집면하는 단계; 집면된 섬유를 설정 두께로 압착한 후 바인더를 경화시켜 미네랄울 원판으로 성형하는 단계; 및 성형된 미네랄울 원판을 크기 규격에 맞게 제품으로 절단한 후 제품을 포장해서 적재하는 단계;를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an insulation material for a wooden house and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the insulation material for the wooden house comprises the following steps of: mixing 85-95 wt% of blast furnace slag and 5-15 wt% of biotite as raw material, weighing the same, measuring coke, and inserting the same into a melting furnace; melting the raw material in the melting furnace; fiberizing the melted raw material and spraying a binder and a dustproofing agent at the same time for coating; loading the fiber on a cotton collection machine and collecting the same; compressing the collected fiber to a set thickness and then curing the binder to form a mineral wool disk; and cutting the formed mineral wool disk into a product with a size standard and then packing and loading the product. The insulation material satisfies thermal conductivity and high density performance required for the wooden house and reduces dust during work.
