POLYMER ADMIXTURE MODIFIED RAPID SETTING CONCRETE COMPOSITE AND METHOD FOR REPARING AND REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURES ROAD PAVEMENT USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a polymer admixture-modified rapid setting concrete composition to provide a stable strength in a short time and a method for repairing and reinforcing road pavement using the same. According to the present invention, the polymer admixture-modified rapid setting concrete composition comprises a rapid setting binder, a polymer admixture, aggregate, and water. The rapid setting binder includes: 30 to 55 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate clinker, 10 to 20 wt% of calcium aluminate clinker, 10 to 35 % by weight of Portland cement, 10 to 35 wt% of anhydrous gypsum, 5 to 15 wt% of slaked lime, 10 to 20 % by weight of silica fume with respect to the total weight of the rapid setting binder. The polymer admixture includes 65 to 90 wt% of styrene butadiene latex (SBR) polymer and 10 to 35 wt% of a polycarboxylic acid-based dispersion holding agent with respect to the total weight of the polymer admixture.
본 발명은 속경성 결합재, 폴리머 혼화제, 골재 및 물을 포함하는 폴리머 혼화제 개질 속경성 콘크리트 조성물로서, 상기 속경성 결합재는, 속경성 결합재 전체 중량 대비 칼슘설포알루미네이트 클링커 30∼55중량%, 칼슘알루미네이트 클링커 10∼20중량%, 포틀랜드 시멘트 10∼35중량%, 무수석고 10∼35중량%, 소석회 5∼15중량%, 실리카퓸 10∼20중량%를 포함하고, 상기 폴리머 혼화제는, 폴리머 혼화제 전체 중량 대비 SBR(Styrene-Butadiene Latex) 폴리머 65∼90중량% 및 폴리카르본산계 분산유지제 10∼35중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 혼화제 개질 속경성 콘크리트 조성물과, 이를 이용한 도로포장의 보수보강 방법을 제공한다.
