본 발명에 따른 도어 세이프가드는, 도어 또는 도어틀에 부착되는 베이스유닛과, 상기 베이스유닛에 그 상단이 상하로 자유회동 가능하게 연결되는 걸림유닛을 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 베이스유닛은 대각성 방향으로 서로 교차하는 한쌍의 힌지홀이 형성된 센터블럭과, 상기 센터블럭의 상측에 구비된 상측 결합부와, 상기 센터블럭의 좌우측에 각각 구비된 좌측 결합부 및 우측 결합부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 각 결합부에는 자성체와 자성반등에 의해 부착될 수 있는 금속체가 구비된다. 상기 베이스유닛의 상측 결합부에는 금속체의 자성반응을 선택적으로 차단할 수 있는 비자성체 소재의 커버가 구비된다. 상기 걸림유닛은 상기 베이스유닛의 센터블럭의 힌지홀에 삽입되는 힌지봉이 구비된 힌지블럭과, 상기 힌지블럭에 분리 가능하게 결합되는 간섭부재을 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 힌지블럭의 내부에는 상기 베이스유닛의 각 결합부에 구비된 금속체와 반응하는 자석이 구비된다. 상기 힌지블럭의 일측면에는 상기 자석에까지 이르는 끼움홀이 형성되고, 상기 간섭부재의 일단에는 상기 힌지블럭의 끼움홀에 끼워지며 상기 자석과 반응하여 끼움상태가 유지되는 금속재 끼움대가 구비된다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따른 도어 세이프가드에 의하면 의도치 않게 도어가 닫힘으로써 발생하는 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 도어를 여는 과정에서 별도의 조작이 필요하지 않기 때문에 사용이 편리하며, 장착된 상태를 쉽게 해체할 수 없기 때문에 사용상의 안정성이 확보된다는 이점이 있다.
According to the present invention, a safe guard for a door comprises: a base unit attached to a door or a door frame; and a locking unit having an upper end connected to the base unit so that the upper end can be free to rotate vertically. The base unit includes: a center block having a pair of hinge holes intersecting each other in a diagonal direction; an upper coupling part provided on an upper side of the center block; and left and right coupling parts provided on left and right sides of the center block, respectively. Each of the coupling parts has a magnetic body and a metal body that can be attached by a magnetic reaction. The upper coupling part of the base unit has a cover made of a non-magnetic material capable of selectively blocking the magnetic reaction of the metal body. The locking unit includes: a hinge block having a hinge rod inserted into the hinge holes of the center block of the base unit; and an interference member detachably coupled to the hinge block. The inside of the hinge block has a magnet that reacts with the metal body provided on each coupling part of the base unit. A fitting hole extending to the magnet is formed in one side of the hinge block, and one end of the interference member has a metal fitting member that is fitted into the fitting hole of the hinge block and reacts with the magnet to maintain a fitted state. According to the present invention, the safe guard for a door can prevent an accident caused by accidental closing of the door, can be conveniently used because not requiring a separate operation in a process of opening the door, and can ensure stability in use because a mounted state cannot be easily cancelled.
