The present invention relates to an eco-friendly soundproof plate including a sound absorbing member and a sound insulating member capable of full and partial maintenance and using wasted rubber, an installation method thereof, and a maintenance method thereof. The soundproof plate is eco-friendly by using the wasted rubber, has excellent soundproof performance by having sound insulating performance and sound absorbing performance, and is easy to be maintained. The soundproof plate comprises: a first frame unit; a plurality of second frame units; a sound absorbing member including a wasted rubber sound absorbing material and a front plate; and a sound insulating member.
본 발명은 전체 및 부분 유지보수가 가능하고 폐고무를 활용한 흡음부재와 차음부재를 포함하는 친환경 방음판, 이의 설치방법, 및 이의 유지보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 폐고무를 활용하여 환경 친화적이고, 차음 성능과 흡음 성능을 가져 방음 효과가 우수하며 유지보수가 용이한 전체 및 부분 유지보수가 가능하고 폐고무를 활용한 흡음부재와 차음부재를 포함하는 친환경 방음판, 이의 설치방법, 및 이의 유지보수 방법에 관한 것이다.
