The present invention relates to a fence structure using an upper frame height adjustment member, the fence structure comprising: a support installed on the ground; a fence net installed on one side or the other side of the support; an upper frame installed on the upper side of the support; and an upper frame height adjustment member combined with the support and the upper frame and adjusting the height of the upper frame with respect to the support. The upper frame height adjustment member includes: a first member and a second member accommodating the upper frame therebetween and installed on one side and the other side of the upper part of the support; and a coupling member coupled through the first member, the second member and the upper frame, wherein the height of the upper frame with respect to the support is adjusted by adjusting a position where the first member and the second member are coupled to the coupling member and the support. According to the present invention, the support can be installed easily by driving the support into the ground, the horizontality of the upper frame and the fence net can be adjusted easily while lifting or lowering the upper frame height adjustment member, manufacture and construction thereof are facilitated by simplifying the structure of the upper frame height adjustment member, and operation time can be reduced by improving working efficiency.
본 발명은 지반에 설치되는 지주; 상기 지주의 일측 또는 타측에 설치되는 울타리망; 상기 지주의 상측에 설치되는 상부프레임; 상기 지주와 상기 상부프레임에 결합되면서 상기 지주에 대한 상기 상부프레임의 높이를 조절하는 상부프레임 높이조절부재;를 포함하고, 상기 상부프레임 높이조절부재는 상기 상부프레임을 사이에 수용하면서 상기 지주의 상부 일측과 타측에 설치되는 제1부재와 제2부재, 상기 제1부재와 상기 제2부재와 상기 상부프레임을 관통하여 체결되는 체결부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1부재와 제2부재가 상기 체결부재 및 상기 지주에 체결되는 위치를 조절함으로써 상기 지주에 대한 상기 상부프레임의 높이를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상부프레임 높이조절부재를 이용한 울타리 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 지반에 지주를 항타하여 용이하게 설치하고, 상부프레임 높이조절부재를 승강시키면서 상부프레임 및 울타리망의 수평을 용이하게 조절하고, 상부프레임 높이조절부재의 구조 간소화로 제작 및 시공이 간편하고, 작업능률을 향상시켜 작업시간을 단축할 수 있다.
