Anti-fall device for rotary quick coupler
Disclosed is a fall-preventing device for a rotary quick coupler. The fall-preventing device for a rotary quick coupler comprises: a main body connected to arms of heavy equipment and having a connection plate; a rotary block having a rotation plate disposed opposite to the connection plate and an attachment detachably connected thereto; a hydraulic connection unit rotatably connecting the connection plate and the rotation plate and transmitting a hydraulic pressure required to drive the attachment and a hydraulic pressure required to connect or disconnect the attachment; a driving unit provided between the connection plate and the rotation plate to provide power for rotating the rotary block in a forward or reverse direction from the main body; and a protrusion unit preventing the rotary block from being separated from the main body by having the hydraulic connection unit seated on the driving unit when the hydraulic connection unit is separated from the connection plate and then the hydraulic connection unit and the rotary block are separated from the main body and fall. According to the present invention, the fall-preventing device can prevent the hydraulic connection unit and the rotary block from being separated from the main body, thus preventing accidents caused by falls.
본 발명은, 중장비의 암대에 연결되고, 연결플레이트를 구비하는 본체; 상기 연결플레이트에 대향되게 배치되는 회전플레이트를 구비하고, 어태치먼트가 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 회전블록; 상기 연결플레이트와 상기 회전플레이트를 회전 가능하게 연결하고, 상기 어태치먼트 구동에 소요되는 유압 및 상기 어태치먼트 결합 또는 분리에 요구되는 유압을 전달하는 유압연결부; 상기 본체로부터 정방향 또는 역방향으로 상기 회전블록을 회전시키는 동력을 제공하도록 상기 연결플레이트와 상기 회전플레이트 사이에 구비되는 구동부; 및 상기 연결플레이트로부터 상기 유압연결부가 분리되어 상기 유압연결부 및 상기 회전블록이 상기 본체로부터 분리되어 낙하될 때에 상기 유압연결부를 상기 구동부에 안착시켜 상기 회전블록이 상기 본체로부터 분리되는 것을 방지하는 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
