본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 슬라이딩 도어가 부드럽게 열리고 닫힐 수 있도록 댐핑 기능을 부여하되 적은 힘으로도 슬라이딩 도어가 움직일 수 있다. 또한 이를 통해 슬라이딩 도어가 닫힐 때 손끼임을 방지할 수 있고 슬라이딩 도어를 끝까지 밀어닫지 않아도 자동으로 닫히는 효과가 있다. 아울러 움직 도르래를 피스톤 로드에 직접 연결하지 않고 독립적으로 구성함으로써 실린더와 움직 도르래가 상호 간섭되지 않으면서 도어 개폐 상황에 기여하는 구성들의 작용을 효율적으로 구현할 수 있다.
