APPARATUS FOR FIXING GROOVED RAIL OF TRAM TRACK
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a tram track rail. The apparatus for fixing a tram track rail comprises: a gap adjustment unit for filling positioned on both sides of a rail positioned on a tram track rail groove; and a filling material filled in the rail groove to harden to fix the rail. The gap adjustment unit for filling includes: pipe connection sockets separated from each other along the rail, and positioned to come in contact with a web of the rail; pipes of which both ends are connected to two adjacent pipe connection sockets among the pipe connection sockets; and a gap adjustment bolt fastened to the pipe connection sockets to be supported in contact with the inner wall of the rail groove, and adjusting the position of the rail by rotation. According to the present invention, the rail installed on the rail groove of the tram track can be firmly fixed. Moreover, the amount of the filling material filled to fix the rail is minimized, and the position of the rail installed on the rail groove is easily and simply adjusted.
본 발명은 트램궤도 레일 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 트램궤도 레일홈에 위치하는 레일 양쪽에 각각 위치하는 채움겸용 간격조절유닛; 상기 레일홈에 채워져 경화되어 상기 레일을 고정하는 채움재를 포함하며, 상기 채움겸용 간격조절유닛은, 상기 레일을 따라 서로 간격을 두고 레일의 웨브에 접촉되게 위치하는 파이프연결소켓; 상기 파이프연결소켓들의 서로 인접하는 두 개의 파이프연결소켓들에 양단이 각각 연결되는 파이프들; 및 상기 파이프연결소켓에 체결되어 상기 레일홈의 내벽에 접촉지지되며 회전에 의해 레일의 위치를 조절하는 간격조절볼트를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 트램궤도의 레일홈에 설치된 레일을 견고하게 고정시킬 뿐만 아니라 레일을 고정하기 위하여 채워지는 채움재의 양을 최소화하고, 레일홈에 설치된 레일의 위치 조절이 쉽고 간단하다.
