APPARATUS FOR FIXING GROOVED RAIL OF TRAM TRACK
The present invention relates to a rail fixing device for filling a rail burying track. The present invention comprises: a pipe connecting member located on at least one of both sides in the widthwise direction of a rail located in a rail groove of a rail burying track; filling reduction pipes detachably connected to each side of the pipe connecting member; a fixing member detachably coupled to the pipe connecting member and fixing the pipe connecting member to the side of the rail; and a fixing/position-adjusting bolt fastened to the fixing member so as to be in contact with the inner wall of the rail groove to fix the pipe connecting member to the side of the rail by pressing the fixing member and fix the rail at the same time, and adjusting the position of the rail according to forward/reverse rotation. According to the present invention, not only is the position of a rail installed in a rail groove of a rail burying track adjustable, but the rail position is also firmly fixed, and further, the amount of filler filled in the rail groove to fix the rail installed in the rail groove is minimized, and the work of filling the filler is simple.
본 발명은 레일매립궤도의 채움겸용 레일 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 레일매립궤도 레일홈에 위치하는 레일의 폭 방향 양쪽 중 적어도 한쪽에 위치하는 관연결부재; 상기 관연결부재의 양쪽으로 각각 착탈 가능하게 연결되는 채움저감관들; 상기 관연결부재에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 관연결부재를 상기 레일 측면에 고정시키는 고정구; 및 상기 레일홈의 내벽에 접촉지지되도록 상기 고정구에 체결되어 고정구를 가압함에 의해 상기 관연결부재를 레일 측면에 고정시킴과 동시에 상기 레일을 고정시키며, 정역회전에 따라 상기 레일의 위치를 조절하는 고정겸용 위치조절볼트를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레일매립궤도의 레일홈에 설치된 레일의 위치를 조절 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 레일 위치를 견고하게 고정시키고, 또한 레일홈에 설치된 레일을 고정하기 위하여 레일홈에 채워지는 채움재의 양을 최소화할 뿐만 아니라 채움재를 채우는 작업이 간단하다.
