Repairing layer for crack of concrete structure using putty

The present invention relates to a crack repair layer of a concrete structure using a putty material which prevents deterioration of concrete and corrosion of steel bars and maintains density for a long period to prevent penetration of moisture and air and to prevent swelling caused by vapor pressure. The crack repair layer includes a putty layer made of putty materials and a pottery porous body. The putty layer includes at least one of synthetic resins such as urethane, epoxy, and acryl, or micro cement. Also, the porous ceramic body includes a plurality of pores and accounts for 1-5% by weight of a total weight of the putty layer.

콘크리트의 열화 및 철근의 부식을 방지하고, 장기간 동안 치밀성을 계속 유지하여 수분 및 공기의 침투를 방지하여 증기압에 의한 부풀음 현상이 일어나지 않도록 하는 퍼티재를 활용한 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙보수층을 제시한다. 그 보수층은 퍼티재를 활용한 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙보수층에 있어서, 크랙보수층은 퍼티재로 이루어진 퍼티층 및 옹기다공체를 포함하고, 퍼티층은 우레탄(urethane)계, 에폭시(epoxy)계 및 아크릴(acryl)계와 같은 합성수지 또는 마이크로 시멘트 중의 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하여 이루어지며, 옹기다공체는 다수의 기공을 포함하고 퍼티층 전체중량에 대하여 1~5중량%를 포함한다.
