Method of painting concrete structure having repairing layer for crack using putty
The present invention relates to a method for painting a concrete structure including a crack repair layer using a putty material which prevents deterioration of concrete and corrosion of steel bars, and maintains density for a long period to prevent penetration of moisture and air so as to prevent swelling caused by vapor pressure, and also maintains an excellent painting condition on a concrete surface. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning surfaces of a concrete structure and crack; forming a surface reinforcement layer composed of a first reinforcement layer and a second reinforcement layer on the surfaces of the concrete structure and crack; forming a crack repair layer by filling the crack in which the first reinforcing layer is formed with a putty layer and a pottery porous body; and forming a paint layer on the putty layer and the surface reinforcement layer.
콘크리트의 열화 및 철근의 부식을 방지하고, 장기간 동안 치밀성을 계속 유지하여 수분 및 공기의 침투를 방지하여 증기압에 의한 부풀음 현상이 일어나지 않으며, 콘크리트 표면에서 우수한 도장상태를 유지하도록 하는 퍼티재를 활용한 크랙보수층을 포함하는 콘크리트 구조물의 도장방법을 제시한다. 그 방법은 콘크리트 구조물 및 크랙의 표면을 정리하고, 콘크리트 구조물 및 크랙의 표면에 제1 강화층 및 제2 강화층으로 이루어진 표면강화층을 형성하며, 제1 강화층이 형성된 크랙에 퍼티층 및 옹기다공체를 충진하여 크랙보수층을 형성하고, 퍼티층 및 표면강화층 상에 도장층을 도장한다.
