SOIL BLOCKING PANEL FIXING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF
The present invention relates to a soil retaining plate fixing method and an apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the soil retaining plate fixing apparatus comprises: a flange fixing member wherein a plurality of soil retaining plates with an opening part formed on one surface thereof are stacked by an upper and a lower bent surface between H-beams facing each other, one end thereof supports the surface of flanges of the H-beams, and both ends of the other end thereof support the inner surface of the upper and lower bent surfaces through the opening part; and a fixing member between soil retaining plates supporting the end of the upper bent surface of a soil retaining plate on one side among the soil retaining plates and the end of the lower bent surface of a soil retaining plate on the other side in a height direction. According to the present invention, while the flange fixing member is inserted into the opening part of the soil retaining plates and the flange of an H-beam next to the opening part to fix the soil retaining plates on the flange of the H-beam in a lateral direction, the end of the upper bent surface of the soil retaining plate on one side among the soil retaining plates and the end of the lower bent surface of the soil retaining plate on the other side are supported in a height direction by the fixing member between soil retaining plates to conveniently fix and construct soil retaining plates and firmly fix soil retaining plates.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 흙막이 토류판 고정방법 및 그 장치 중 흙막이 토류판 고정장치는, 대향된 H빔의 사이에 상, 하부 절곡면에 의해 일면에 개구부가 형성된 토류판을 다수 적층시킨 상태에서 일단이 상기 H빔의 플랜지의 표면을 지지하면서 상기 개구부를 통해 타단 양단부가 상기 상, 하부 절곡면의 안쪽면을 지지하도록 구비된 플랜지 고정부재; 및 상기 토류판 중 일측 토류판의 상부 절곡면 단부와 타측 토류판의 하부 절곡면 단부를 높이 방향으로 지지하는 토류판간 고정부재;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 플랜지 고정부재를 토류판의 개구부와 이와 이웃한 H빔의 플랜지로 삽입시켜 토류판을 H빔의 플랜지에 측방향으로 고정시킨 상태에서 토류판 중 일측 토류판의 상부 절곡면 단부와 타측 토류판의 하부 절곡면 단부를 토류판간 고정부재를 통해 높이 방향으로 지지하게 하므로 토류판 고정 시공이 간편함과 동시에 견고한 고정이 가능한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a soil retaining plate fixing method and an apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the soil retaining plate fixing apparatus comprises: a flange fixing member wherein a plurality of soil retaining plates with an opening part formed on one surface thereof are stacked by an upper and a lower bent surface between H-beams facing each other, one end thereof supports the surface of flanges of the H-beams, and both ends of the other end thereof support the inner surface of the upper and lower bent surfaces through the opening part; and a fixing member between soil retaining plates supporting the end of the upper bent surface of a soil retaining plate on one side among the soil retaining plates and the end of the lower bent surface of a soil retaining plate on the other side in a height direction. According to the present invention, while the flange fixing member is inserted into the opening part of the soil retaining plates and the flange of an H-beam next to the opening part to fix the soil retaining plates on the flange of the H-beam in a lateral direction, the end of the upper bent surface of the soil retaining plate on one side among the soil retaining plates and the end of the lower bent surface of the soil retaining plate on the other side are supported in a height direction by the fixing member between soil retaining plates to conveniently fix and construct soil retaining plates and firmly fix soil retaining plates.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 흙막이 토류판 고정방법 및 그 장치 중 흙막이 토류판 고정장치는, 대향된 H빔의 사이에 상, 하부 절곡면에 의해 일면에 개구부가 형성된 토류판을 다수 적층시킨 상태에서 일단이 상기 H빔의 플랜지의 표면을 지지하면서 상기 개구부를 통해 타단 양단부가 상기 상, 하부 절곡면의 안쪽면을 지지하도록 구비된 플랜지 고정부재; 및 상기 토류판 중 일측 토류판의 상부 절곡면 단부와 타측 토류판의 하부 절곡면 단부를 높이 방향으로 지지하는 토류판간 고정부재;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 플랜지 고정부재를 토류판의 개구부와 이와 이웃한 H빔의 플랜지로 삽입시켜 토류판을 H빔의 플랜지에 측방향으로 고정시킨 상태에서 토류판 중 일측 토류판의 상부 절곡면 단부와 타측 토류판의 하부 절곡면 단부를 토류판간 고정부재를 통해 높이 방향으로 지지하게 하므로 토류판 고정 시공이 간편함과 동시에 견고한 고정이 가능한 효과가 있다.
