Variable hinge Structure with adjustable length
The present invention relates to a variable hinge structure with an adjustable length, which is used as a hinge to install a door and a window of an entrance or an opening/closing window installed on a curtain wall of a building structure. An objective of the present invention is to provide a variable hinge structure with an adjustable length, which can adjust the length of a moving member by a simple operation. A moving member (10) consists of a fixed part (11) and a moving part (12). A stopping protrusion (13) is formed on the front end of one side of the fixed part (11), and a bolt hole (14), a long hole (15), and a wrench bolt hole (16) are sequentially drilled. A long coupling hole (17) and a wrench bolt insertion hole (18) are drilled in the moving part (12). Stopping protrusions (31, 31') are formed on the front end of one side of a rotating member (30), and bolt holes (32, 32') are drilled to insert the stopping protrusion (13) of the fixed part (11) into a main body of a windowsill frame (40) and screw a bolt into the bolt hole (14). A bolt is screwed into the long hole (15) of the fixed part (11) to the long coupling hole (17) of the moving part (12), and a flat-head bolt (50) is screwed into the wrench bolt hole (16) of the fixed part (11) at the wrench bolt insertion hole (18) of the moving part (12) to rotate the flat-head bolt (50) forward and backward to adjust the length. The stopping protrusions (31, 31') of the rotating member (30) are inserted into a main body of a window frame (60), and a bolt is screwed into the bolt holes (32, 32').
본 발명은 건축구조물의 커튼 월에 설치되는 개폐창이나 출입구의 도어 및 창 등을 설치하기 위하여 경첩으로 사용되는 길이조절이 가능한 가변형 경첩구조에 관한 것으로 가동부재(10)는 고정편(11)과 가동편(12)으로 구성하되 고정편(11)의 일측 선단은 걸림턱(13)을 형성하고 순차적으로 볼트공(14),장공(15) 및 렌치볼트홀(16)을 천공하며 가동편(12)에는 장공 결합공(17)과 렌치볼트 삽입공(18)을 천공하고 회전부재(30)의 일측 선단은 걸림턱(31)(31')을 형성하고 볼트공(32)(32')을 천공하여 창틀프레임(40)의 본체에 고정편(11)의 걸림턱(13)을 끼우고 볼트공(14)으로 볼트를 나사결합시키며 가동편(12)의 장공 결합공(17)으로 고정편(11)의 장공(15)에 볼트로 나사결합시키고 가동편(12)의 렌치볼트 삽입공(18)에서 고정편(11)의 렌치볼트홀(16)로 무두 렌치볼트(50)를 나사결합시켜 무두 렌치볼트(50)를 정,역회전시켜 길이를 조절할 수 있게 하며 창문프레임(60)의 본체에 회전부재(30)의 걸림턱(31)(31')을 끼우고 볼트공(32)(32')으로 볼트를 나사결합시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a variable hinge structure with an adjustable length, which is used as a hinge to install a door and a window of an entrance or an opening/closing window installed on a curtain wall of a building structure. An objective of the present invention is to provide a variable hinge structure with an adjustable length, which can adjust the length of a moving member by a simple operation. The stopping protrusions (31, 31') of the rotating member (30) are inserted into a main body of a window frame (60), and a bolt is screwed into the bolt holes (32, 32').
