EXPANSION JOINTING APPARATUS FOR A BRIDGE
An expansion joint apparatus for a bridge is disclosed. The expansion joint apparatus for the bridge comprises: a pair of finger plates formed to extend in the traverse direction of the bridge and provided with surfaces facing each other to be engaged therewith; a pair of support bodies formed to extend in the traverse direction and support, from the lower side, the pair of finger plates respectively; and an inner placement member provided in an inner space formed between the pair of support bodies; and a plurality of anchors which are provided to be spaced at intervals from each other in the traverse direction with respect to each of the pair of support bodies, and in which a tip end of each body is fixated at each of the pair of support bodies, and each head portion is disposed in the direction of being away from each of the pair of the support bodies to be buried on the upper plate of the bridge, wherein an insertion groove, into which at least one portion of traverse reinforcing steel of the upper plate of the bridge can be inserted, is formed to be dented on the circumferential surface of the body of the anchor. The present invention can prevent interference between the anchor and the traverse reinforcing steel.
