A sanitary washing device includes a nozzle (473), a valve unit (430), a casing (400), and a toilet seat (200). The nozzle (473) is configured to discharge water toward an ano-genital region of a human body. The valve unit (430) is provided on a pipe line (20a) between a water supply source (10) and the nozzle (473). The valve unit (430) includes an electromagnetic valve (432). The casing (400) stores the nozzle (473) and the valve unit (430). The toilet seat (200) is pivotally supported to be rotatable with respect to the casing (400). A heater (210) is provided inside the toilet seat (200). At least a portion of the valve unit (430) is disposed below the toilet seat (200).
