According to one embodiment of the present invention, the integrated anchor for fixing a stone panel, which is installed on an external wall of a building to possess and support an insulator and fix a stone panel, may comprise: an anchor body inserted into the external wall and supporting the integrated anchor for fixing the stone panel; an insulator accommodation unit formed around the anchor body and accommodating the insulator from an upper side and a lower side to possess and support the same; and a stone panel fixing unit having one side connected to the insulator accommodation unit and the other side engaged with the stone panel from an upper side and a lower side to fix the stone panel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the external wall construction method for a building using an integrated anchor, which fixes the insulator and the stone panel on the external wall of the building by using the integrated anchor for fixing a stone panel, may comprise: a step of marking a position to install the integrated anchor for fixing a stone panel on the external wall; a step of embedding the integrated anchor for fixing a stone panel on the position; a step of sliding one corner of the insulator along a surface of the insulator accommodation unit base and inserting the insulator into the part between the insulator accommodation base and the insulator pressurizing unit; a step of rotating the engagement nut along the screw thread of the anchor body and pressurizing the insulator pressurizing unit towards the external wall; and a step of inserting the stone panel into an upper side or a lower side of a stone panel engagement unit. According to the integrated anchor for fixing a stone panel and the external wall construction method for a building using the integrated anchor, the required power and labor can be reduced.

석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커 및 일체형 앵커를 이용한 건축물의 외벽 시공 방법이 개시된다. 일실시예에 따른 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커는 건축물의 외벽에 설치되어 단열재를 보유 지지하고 석재 패널을 고정하는 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커로서, 상기 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커는, 외벽에 삽입되어 상기 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커를 지지하는 앵커 바디, 상기 앵커 바디의 주위에 형성되고 상하 방향에서 단열재를 수용하여 보유 지지하는 단열재 수용부, 및 일측은 상기 단열재 수용부와 연결되고 타측은 상하 방향에서 석재 패널과 결합하여 석재 패널을 고정하는 석판 고정부를 포함하는, 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커일 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따른 일체형 앵커를 이용한 건축물의 외벽 시공 방법은, 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커를 이용하여 단열재와 석재 패널을 건축물의 외벽에 고정시키는 일체형 앵커를 이용한 건축물의 외벽 시공 방법으로서, 상기 외벽에 상기 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커를 설치할 위치를 표시하는 단계; 상기 위치에 상기 석재 패널 고정용 일체형 앵커를 매설하는 단계; 상기 단열재 수용부 베이스의 표면을 따라 단열재의 일측 모서리를 슬라이딩 시키면서 상기 단열재를 상기 단열재 수용부 베이스와 상기 단열재 가압부 사이에 삽입하는 단계; 상기 앵커 바디의 상기 나사산을 따라 상기 결합 너트를 회전시켜 상기 단열재 가압부를 상기 외벽 방향으로 가압하는 단계; 및 상기 석판 결합부의 상부 또는 하부에 석재 패널을 삽입하는 단계; 를 포함하는, 일체형 앵커를 이용한 건축물의 외벽 시공 방법일 수 있다.
