The present invention relates to an ascon insulation box. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ascon insulation box which is able to accommodate ascon released from an ascon manufacturing apparatus, and keep the temperature of ascon uniform until the ascon is transferred and discharged to a road construction site. As such, according to the present invention, the ascon insulation box comprises: an outer box (10) with an opened upper side; an inner box (20) placed in the outer box (10), formed in a smaller size than that of the outer box (10), and having an opened upper side; a cover (30) formed to cover an upper side of the outer box (10) and the inner box (20); a plurality of fixing apparatuses (50) installed between the outer box (10) and the inner box (20), fixing the outer box (10) on an outer side of the inner box (20), and forming a gap space between the outer box (10) and the inner box (20); a plurality of fixing brackets (40) formed on an outer surface of the inner box (20); a plurality of fixing bars (42) inserted into and engaged with the plurality of fixing brackets (40) and fastened with one side of the plurality of fixing apparatuses (50); a high-temperature insulator (60) filling the gap space between the outer box (10) and the inner box (20); and a moisture preventive agent coated on an inner surface of the outer box (10), an outer surface of the inner box (20), the plurality of fixing brackets (40), and the plurality of fixing bars (42). As each of the plurality of fixing apparatuses (50) is fixed on the plurality of fixing bars (42), one side of the plurality of fixing apparatuses (50) is prevented from coming in contact with an outer surface of the inner box (20).
본 발명은 아스콘 보온 박스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스콘 제조 장치로부터 출하되는 아스콘을 수용하여 아스콘을 도로건설현장에 이송시켜 배출할 때까지 아스콘이 일정한 온도로 유지될 수 있도록 하는 아스콘 보온 박스에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 상측이 개방된 외부 박스(10), 상기 외부 박스(10)의 내측에 구비되되 상기 외부 박스(10)보다 작은 크기로 형성되고 상측이 개방된 내부 박스(20), 상기 외부 박스(10)와 내부 박스(20)의 상측을 덮도록 형성되는 덮개(30), 상기 외부 박스(10)와 내부 박스(20)의 사이에 설치되어 상기 외부 박스(10)를 내부 박스(20)의 외측에 고정시키고 상기 외부 박스(10)와 내부 박스(20)의 사이에 이격공간이 형성되게 하는 복수의 고정장치(50), 상기 내부 박스(20)의 외면에 형성되는 복수의 고정 브라켓(40), 상기 복수의 고정 브라켓(40)에 끼움 결합되고 상기 복수의 고정장치(50)의 일측이 체결되는 복수의 고정바(42), 상기 외부 박스(10)와 내부 박스(20) 사이의 이격공간에 충진되는 고온 단열재(60), 상기 외부 박스(10)의 내면과 상기 내부 박스(20)의 외면과 상기 복수의 고정 브라켓(40) 및 상기 복수의 고정바(42)에 도포되는 방습제를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 고정장치(50)가 상기 복수의 고정바(42)에 각각 고정됨으로써 상기 복수의 고정장치(50)의 일측이 상기 내부 박스(20)의 외면과 접촉이 차단되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an ascon insulation box.
