The present invention relates to a special vehicle for transporting ascon with insulation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a special vehicle for transporting ascon with insulation, which accommodates and transports ascon released from an ascon manufacturing apparatus to a road construction site and keeps the temperature of ascon uniform until the ascon is discharged at the road construction site. As such according to the present invention, the special vehicle for transporting ascon with insulation comprises: a vehicle (10) having a loading unit (11); and an ascon insulation box (20) loaded on an upper side of the loading unit (11). The ascon insulation box (20) includes: a box main body (21) with an upper side opened; a cover (25) covering an upper side of the opened box main body (21); and a rail-shaped cover opening/closing apparatus (100) opening/closing the cover (25) on the box main body (21). The rail-shaped cover opening/closing apparatus (100) includes: a guide unit (110) placed on both side surfaces of the box main body (21) and both side surfaces of the cover (25), and guiding the movement of the cover (25); a plurality of first cylinders (120) placed on both side surfaces of the box main body (21) and elevating/lowering the cover (25) and the guide unit (110); a support unit (130) having both ends engaged with both side surfaces of the box main body (21) and formed on an upper side of an end part of the box main body (21); a plurality of pressurizing apparatuses (140) engaged with the guide unit (110) and pressurizing the cover (25) towards the box main body (21); and a driving unit (160) placed on the upper surface of the cover (25) and the support unit (130) and moving the cover (25).
본 발명은 아스콘 보온 운반용 특장차에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스콘 제조 장치로부터 출하되는 아스콘을 수용하여 아스콘을 도로건설현장에 이송시켜 배출할 때까지 아스콘이 일정한 온도로 유지될 수 있도록 하는 아스콘 보온 운반용 특장차에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 적재부(11)가 형성된 차량(10), 상기 적재부(11)의 상측에 적재되는 아스콘 보온 박스(20)를 포함하고, 상기 아스콘 보온 박스(20)는, 상측이 개방된 박스 본체(21), 상기 개방된 박스 본체(21)의 상측을 덮는 덮개(25), 상기 덮개(25)를 상기 박스 본체(21)에서 개폐시키는 레일형 덮개 개폐 장치(100)를 포함하고, 상기 레일형 덮개 개폐 장치(100)는, 상기 박스 본체(21)의 양측면 및 상기 덮개(25)의 양측면에 구비되어 상기 덮개(25)의 이동을 가이드하는 가이드부(110), 상기 박스 본체(21)의 양측면에 구비되어 상기 덮개(25)와 상기 가이드부(110)를 승하강시키는 복수의 제1실린더(120), 양단이 상기 박스 본체(21)의 양측면에 결합되어 상기 박스 본체(21)의 일단부 상측에 형성되는 지지부(130), 상기 가이드부(110)에 결합되어 상기 덮개(25)를 상기 박스 본체(21) 측으로 가압하는 복수의 가압장치(140), 상기 덮개(25)의 상면과 상기 지지부(130)에 구비되고 상기 덮개(25)를 이동시키는 구동부(160)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a special vehicle for transporting ascon with insulation.
