Apparatus for fixing soil bag to build slope
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a soil bag for constructing a slope. The apparatus comprises: a connecting socket which includes a housing having a hollow anchor insertion hole penetrating in one axial direction and a hollow bar insertion hole penetrating in the same axial direction, a first female screw hole perforated in the anchor insertion hole, a second female screw hole perforated in the bar insertion hole, and a mounting portion protruding upward from the housing; a fixing anchor which is inserted into the anchor insertion hole, and is fixed and buried with a soil layer to fix a connection socket on a slope of the soil layer; a support bar which includes a horizontal portion and a bent portion inclined at a predetermined angle from the horizontal portion, and wherein the bent portion is inserted and placed into the bar insertion hole; a crossbar which is coupled and fixed to the support bar and extended in a horizontal direction of the slope; a first bolt which is fastened by bolting into the first female screw hole; and a second bolt which is fastened by bolting into the second female screw hole, wherein the crossbar can support and retain a soil bag fixing plate, thereby allowing soil bags to be stacked, fixed and supported in the vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, the present invention can securely support and hold soil bags to be stacked in front of the slope.
본 발명은 사면축조용 토낭 결속장치에 관한 것으로, 일 관축방향으로 관통하는 중공의 앵커 삽입공과 함께 동일 관축방향으로 관통하는 중공의 바 삽입공을 형성한 하우징과, 앵커 삽입공으로 천공된 제1 암나사공, 바 삽입공으로 천공된 제2 암나사공, 및 하우징에서 상향 돌출된 거치부를 구비한 연결 소켓과; 앵커 삽입공에 관통삽입되고 토사층으로 매설고정되어, 토사층의 사면 상에 연결 소켓을 고정하는 고정 앵커; 수평부와 이 수평부와 소정의 각도로 기울어져 있는 절곡부로 이루어지고, 절곡부를 바 삽입공 내에 삽입배치하는 지지 바; 지지 바에 결합고정되며 사면의 수평방향으로 길이연장된 크로스 바; 제1 암나사공에 볼팅체결되는 제1 볼트; 및 제2 암나사공에 볼팅체결되는 제2 볼트;를 포함하는데, 여기서, 크로스 바가 상하좌우로 적재될 토낭을 고정지지할 수 있도록 토낭 결속판을 지지보유할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a soil bag for constructing a slope. The apparatus comprises: a connecting socket which includes a housing having a hollow anchor insertion hole penetrating in one axial direction and a hollow bar insertion hole penetrating in the same axial direction, a first female screw hole perforated in the anchor insertion hole, a second female screw hole perforated in the bar insertion hole, and a mounting portion protruding upward from the housing; a fixing anchor which is inserted into the anchor insertion hole, and is fixed and buried with a soil layer to fix a connection socket on a slope of the soil layer; a support bar which includes a horizontal portion and a bent portion inclined at a predetermined angle from the horizontal portion, and wherein the bent portion is inserted and placed into the bar insertion hole; a crossbar which is coupled and fixed to the support bar and extended in a horizontal direction of the slope; a first bolt which is fastened by bolting into the first female screw hole; and a second bolt which is fastened by bolting into the second female screw hole, wherein the crossbar can support and retain a soil bag fixing plate, thereby allowing soil bags to be stacked, fixed and supported in the vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, the present invention can securely support and hold soil bags to be stacked in front of the slope.
