The present invention relates to a temporary earth retaining method for soft ground, which prevents an H-beam from being tilted, and to a device for fixing a soil receiving cup and an H-beam used therein. The temporary earth retaining method for soft ground, comprises: a first step of inserting a casing (120) together; a second step of withdrawing an excavator drilling device (S); and a third step of installing a soil receiving cup (1).
본 발명은 제1 몰탈층 형성후 케이싱 인발시 굴착기의 천공장치에 있던 부상토가 굴착공 내부의 제1 몰탈층 위에 쌓이는 것을 사전에 차단 및 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 제1 몰탈층 타설후 케이싱을 굴착공에서 인발할 때 몰탈이 케이싱 부피만큼 침하되어 생긴 공간의 지반이 모래 및 자갈층이거나 건수층으로 인하여 공간이 함몰되는 연약지반인 경우에도 그 침하 공간이 제2 몰탈층을 형성할 때까지도 굴착공 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하여 제1 몰탈층과 제2 몰탈층이 서로 단절됨이 없이 일체로 충분한 지지력을 가질 수 있도록 하며, 몰탈이 한 쪽으로 치우친 상태로 케이싱 내부에 주입 및 충진되더라도 H-빔의 쏠림현상이 발생하지 않도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 공법은 제1 단계는 몰탈주입구(7)를 케이싱(120)의 상부 일측에 형성하고 상기 몰탈주입구(7)를 일시적으로 폐쇄하는 것을 포함하고;상기 몰탈주입구(7)를 갖는 케이싱(120)의 상부를 굴착공(110) 상부의 정해진 높이까지 인발한 후 몰탈주입구(7)를 개방시키고, 상기 몰탈주입구(7)를 통해 케이싱(120) 내부에 몰탈을 충진하여 제2 몰탈층(150)을 형성하는 제4 단계와;상기 케이싱(120)의 몰탈주입구(7)를 다시 폐쇄시킨 후 케이싱(120)을 굴착공(110)으로부터 완전히 분리되게 인발하는 제5 단계를 더 포함하고;상기 H-빔(130)은 케이싱(120)의 내측에 지지해주는 H-빔 스페이서(101)와, 상기 케이싱(120)을 굴착공(110) 내부에서 인발할 때 H-빔(130)이 몰탈의 압력에 의해 케이싱(120)과 함께 인발되지 않게 저지하는 H-빔 인발 저지부(102)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
