The excavator rock splitting device includes: a link connection part connected to an arm of an excavator; a bracket member rotatably connected to the link connection part; a rock splitting rod connected by a fastening member to the bracket member; an elastic member connected between the rock splitting rod and the bracket member; and a hydraulic supplier for supplying hydraulic pressure to the rock splitting rod, thereby capable of stably installing the rock splitting rod using heavy equipment such as an excavator and preventing accidents.
