Fractional Detachable Deck with Rotational Elastic Clip and Its System
The present invention relates to a boltless fractional detachable deck with a rotational elastic clip and a system thereof and, more specifically, to a boltless fractional detachable deck with a rotational elastic clip, which can be coupled by using the rotational elastic clip, thereby being decoupled and coupled independently without the need for bolts in a portion in which the deck to be repaired is installed when the portion of the deck is repaired, and allows a coupling member, positioned on an upper side of a C-beam, to be easily coupled in a rotational way, thereby making it convenient to install the deck and protecting the deck from an impact caused by an applied load, and a system thereof. The C-beam is installed on the upper side of the yoke. The deck is installed on the upper side of the C-beam by the clip, has fastening grooves formed on both sides thereof and on the lower sides of the upper protrusions, and has lower protrusions formed on the lower sides of the fastening grooves. The C-beam has an open upper side and has wings formed on both sides thereof. The coupling member is coupled to the upper sides of the wings, has clip fixing springs formed on both sides of a central clip assembly hole, and has shaped steel coupling springs installed thereon to surround and fix the wings. The rotational elastic clip has a clip shaft formed on an upper side of a clip body coupled to the clip assembly hole, and has a deck fastening head provided on an upper side of the clip shaft and having a deck fastening head installed in the center thereof with a clip rotation groove. The coupling member further has clip fixing grooves formed on both sides of the clip assembly hole.
본 발명은 회전형 탄성클립을 이용한 볼트가 필요없는 부분 분리형 데크와 그 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 회전형 탄성클립을 이용해 데크를 결합함으로써 데크의 부분 보수시에 보수할 데크가 설치된 부분에서 볼트가 필요없이 독립되게 분리 및 결합이 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, C형강의 상측으로 위치하는 결합부재를 회전식으로 간편하게 결합하여 데크의 설치가 편리하고 가해지는 하중으로 인한 충격으로부터 보호할 수 있도록 하는 회전형 탄성클립을 이용한 볼트가 필요없는 부분 분리형 데크와 그 시스템에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 멍에의 상측으로 C형강을 설치하고, 상기 C형강의 상측에 클립으로 설치되며 양쪽으로 상부돌기의 하측에 체결홈이 형성된 후 상기 체결홈의 하측으로 하부돌기가 형성되는 데크로 이루어지며, 상기 C형강은 상측이 개방되며 양쪽으로 날개가 형성되는 것을 포함하고; 상기 날개의 상측에 결합되며 중앙의 클립조립 구멍의 양쪽으로 클립고정 스프링이 형성되고 상기 날개를 감싸 고정하는 형강결합 스프링이 설치되는 결합부재를 포함하며; 상기 클립조립 구멍으로 결합하는 클립몸체의 상측으로 클립축이 형성되고 상기 클립축의 상측으로 중앙에 클립 회전홈이 형성되는 데크체결 머리가 설치되는 회전형 탄성클립으로 이루어지되;상기 결합부재는 클립조립 구멍의 양쪽으로 클립 고정홈이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
