The present invention relates to a floor panel for blocking noise between floors. The floor panel for blocking noise between floors comprises: a buffering base which comes in contact with an indoor floor surface of a building and prevents shock energy applied from the outside from being transferred to the floor surface; a horizontal lower plate which is supported by the buffering base; a soundproof sheet of a predetermined thickness which is laminated on an upper surface of the lower plate; and an upper plate which is a plate-type member laminated on the upper surface of the soundproof sheet, partially covers the upper surface of the soundproof sheet so that a portion of the soundproof sheet is exposed upward, and has a portion extending horizontally in a direction away from the soundproof sheet. The floor panel for blocking noise between floors according to the present invention has effects of soundproofing and noise blocking by extinguishing vibrations and noise applied from the outside through a dual method of attenuation and sound absorption. Moreover, the floor panel is composed of a combination of various soundproof materials and thus, attenuates vibration energy of all frequency bands regardless of frequencies of the applied shock energy, thereby providing excellent functionality as a floor panel. Furthermore, the floor panel is overall good at smoothness and has no gap between the floor panels by being fixed to the neighboring floor panel in a partially overlapping state in construction.
본 발명은 층간소음 차단용 바닥패널에 관한 것이다. 이는, 건물의 실내 바닥면상에 접하며 외부로부터 가해진 충격에너지가 상기 바닥면으로 전달되는 것을 방지하는 완충베이스와; 상기 완충베이스에 지지되는 수평의 하부플레이트와; 하부플레이트의 상면에 적층되는 일정두께의 차음시트와; 상기 차음시트의 상면에 적층되는 판상부재로서, 차음시트의 상면을 부분적으로 커버하여 차음시트의 일부분이 상부로 노출되게 하고, 자신의 일부는 차음시트로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 수평 연장된 상부플레이트가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 층간소음 차단용 바닥패널은, 외부로부터 가해지는 진동 및 소음을, 감쇠와 흡음의 이중 방식으로 소거하므로 방진 및 소음차단 효과가 뛰어나다. 또한, 다종의 방진재로 조합 구성되어, 가해진 충격 에너지의 주파수에 관계없이 모든 주파수 대역의 진동에너지를 감쇠시키므로 바닥패널로서의 양호한 기능을 제공한다. 그리고, 시공 시, 이웃하는 바닥패널에 부분적으로 겹쳐진 상태로 고정되므로, 전체적인 평활도가 양호하며 바닥패널 상호간의 벌어짐 현상이 없다.
